So, ok you did nothing to make the customer satisfied or understand what is going on in the situation at the given time, which was your responsibility, not the customer. The customer is completely helpless to you calling for the first time. How would the customer know whose name when you don't say it when politely asked? The customer was forced to guess!!!! Taking advantage of people like you did of the customer's family in that given moment - you had a choice and you choose to do what was not right. Plain and simple. It is done, you cannot go back and make light of it and accuse the customer of wrong-doing and believe you are making it better? Well you can It is your choice, but you are not free from a customer writing a review especially when they feel the disservice. Clearly people calling you are most likely having a bad day and you also take advantage of this in your actions, of their vulnerability. And as a forced customer, I am not impressed with your response in attempt to make it sound like you did the right thing when you did not. In fact, it is very icky. Very yucky. Was told that McCanns was coming to pick up up my son's car late at night. After the arrival time…read morepast and still no tow truck, I called back to insurance. That's the only way I found that McCanns canceled on me. Insurance said they did find another tow truck, All Hours Towing from Bellevue. No sooner than I hung up with insurance and All Hours Towing was calling me to let me know they were coming and then gave them me another call when they were 10 minutes away. I've never had another tow company do that. My son's car sits low to the ground and I found out that this tow company uses blankets to keep the car from scraping. I don't think I've ever seen a tow truck take such care in loading a car. They told me that they would call me when they delivered the car to the repair place, which they kept their word. I got even a bigger surprise when I found out that they offered to bring my son home instead of having me get dressed and drive out to pick him up. Old fashioned caring and compassionate family business, something you just don't find in today's businesses. They went above and beyond compared to the other tow companies in the area. I highly recommend this company to anyone and they have a woman driver which I know would put me more at ease if it had been me broken down. They are definitely my go-to tow company from now on. The driver was so wonderful to my son and I. A huge thank you to both Amy and Dave, I really appreciate everything you did and bringing my son home to me safely.

We are traveling in our RV and towing our car and we have a tire pressure monitoring system…read moreattached to the tow car. One of the sensors snapped off and took part of a tire stem with it unfortunately during our travels. We knew we were going to be in the Clinton area for three or four days so we made a few phone calls and reached eastern Iowa tire. They told us if we could swing by early afternoon they would make room for us and get us taken care of. It took them approximately an hour to get everything done, we ran errands and returned at the time they said it would be done and everything was ready! Total charge was $65 and we are happily back on the road. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for taking care of us so quickly! Can highly recommend these folks
