We settled in for the day knowing they were busy and knowing we needed new tires for winter on one of the cars (for which we already had quotes from other tire shops). Inspection came back with our tires just under... Trice then walked us through options comparable to what we had quoted and said they could take care of it, the alignment and the inspection right then. They were professional, kind, accommodating and thorough... we asked for above and beyond, we packed our patience and the crew at VIP Claremont delivered.

First, they were able to do an alignment on my car that the Littleton one always said they couldn't do for one reason or another and second they were able to get me in and out really quickly when I was in a rush to get a couple tires replaced. I went back recently to get some new winter wheels which is always a bit nerve wracking because I'm terrible at wheel shopping but I provided an example of what I was looking for and went with the suggestion from one of the employees, set up an appointment and came back to get them installed a week later. Once they were installed they looked great and I thoroughly appreciate the great suggestion and the fantastic customer service. I'll definitely be going back again in a few months to get a new set of Pirelli's for my summer wheels.

I got home and told my husband it didn't seem like they did what they usually do and he never checked the oil when he was done. My husband checked it immediately. It was dirty oil and way over full. We called immediately and brought it back the next day. The manager confirmed the oil was dirty and over filled. He said it likely didn't drain properly. The next time my husband took it and everything went ok. This time was all new people except the manager. When I got home my husband noticed they wrote it was a quart low on arrival.
