He made sure to let me know that if there are any more issues to call or stop by the shop any time and when his availability was.

Two changes before this week's, I went, and as usual, there was a new guy, only he was working alone and going between 2 vehicles. The experience was different. I got home and told my husband it didn't seem like they did what they usually do and he never checked the oil when he was done. My husband checked it immediately. It was dirty oil and way over full. We called immediately and brought it back the next day. The manager confirmed the oil was dirty and over filled. He said it likely didn't drain properly. The next time my husband took it and everything went ok. This time was all new people except the manager. When I got home my husband noticed they wrote it was a quart low on arrival. My car is well maintained and never should have been a quart of oil low. He checked it and it was again, way over filled. I am so over Prompto in Claremont NH. Maybe pay your help better and get people who actually know how to read my dipstick, which is a little different than most. I will not ever be back. EDIT: My husband took it back and they redid the oil change. I will still never go back. Twice is enough.

She failed to mention, however, that there would be a 1.50 tire fee for each tire and a 12 to 14-dollar service fee for each tire. Cold and snowy day... January 22, 2025…read more.. Southbound on the 91outside of White River Junction, VT... sensed a strong odor of antifreeze... pulled into a gas station... Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... I do appreciate the thoughtful and thorough approach... A cold day driving with a vehicle failure... could have been made much more difficult... but it was not... it was a beautiful day... First, they were able to do an alignment on my car that the Littleton one always said they couldn't do for one reason or another and second they were able to get me in and out really quickly when I was in a rush to get a couple tires replaced. I went back recently to get some new winter wheels which is always a bit nerve wracking because I'm terrible at wheel shopping but I provided an example of what I was looking for and went with the suggestion from one of the employees, set up an appointment and came back to get them installed a week later. Once they were installed they looked great and I thoroughly appreciate the great suggestion and the fantastic customer service. I'll definitely be going back again in a few months to get a new set of Pirelli's for my summer wheels.
