Did some phone shopping yesterday with 3 different auto parts stores in Carrollton for a price on a…read morenew car battery. The gentleman who answered the phone at this AutoZone was by far the nicest, professional, and most helpful person out of them all. He assured me they had the right battery for my car, that they would install it for free, and their price matched the lowest price I could find with the others. When I stopped by today I was greeted and helped immediately even though there was another person in line being helped in front of me. They had an issue finding my battery and didn't think they could replace it at first, but they were kind enough to be patient with me while I did a quick google search to see where it was at - turns out it was located in the trunk. Once we found it they were more than happy to replace it. Great experience, wish I got the gentleman's name but he was super helpful and very nice. I will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone again in the future and would highly recommend this store to anyone. Thank you AutoZone!

I took my 2023 Silverado to these quacks on 7/11/26 due to it losing acceleration. No lights or…read morewarning symbols detected on the vehicle. Was informed on 7/13/26 that the air intake hose clamp was broken and was a $360 repair. Paid the repair and picked up the truck on 7/15/26 after being informed via text that repair was complete and vehicle was driven on a 13 mile test drive only to attempt to leave and find my truck blowing white smoke out the exhaust and only capable of driving 10 mph, yet they text of having test driven it 13 miles, hmmm??? Upon pulling out and right back into the dealership to receive a call 2 days later that the engine is now miraculously blown at 122k miles and needs a $17k motor replacement. So we argue for 5 weeks over who blew the motor, and my point was, If I drove it their with a blown motor and they diagnose as an air intake issue, perhaps they should fire the diagnostics guy as the repair went from $360 to $17k and they drove it 13 miles per their text??? WTH??! Then, after 5 weeks of doing absolutely nothing but claiming their innocence to the damage, I go to trade it in as is, and then, the salesman of all people, not the service manager, pulls up my blown motor vehicle trade in, and he informs me that my damn truck is still under extended warranty that I purchased when I bought he vehicle, WTF??? Then,,, I have to wait 3 weeks for a motor, 2 weeks to install, was promised itruck to be ready for pick up 9/25, (11 weeks later mind you) and am then Informed at 5:00 pm that day that it's not compete. Then, they drive the vehicle to my residence on 9/28/26, 10 miles from their business, drop it off to my wife, who then drives the truck with a brand new motor in it, 24 miles and is left stranded on the side of the damn road with engine overheating!!!! And we still have yet to be offered any assistance of any transportation even when requesting every week after week 3 of this whole fucking or 3 month ordeal? Only told they dont have loaner vehicles and can't do anything to help us. Most ridiculous customer care Ive ever even heard of!! The service department is a joke that could care less about the customer, can not communicate or even return multiple calls and then never offer any assistance aside from an apology. There are 4 broad options for a wash - basic, good, better, best - with increasing price points ($7 - $20) that comes with additional chemicals (wax, coats, etc) that may have useful functions for your car. All washes mean the tunnel wash and there's a self-vacuum area that is available after every wash for free of charge (or I guess, included in your wash cost?). I believe there are some add-ons options too, but we didn't opt for any - we stick with the "good wash." Also, one can sign up for a monthly flat rate subscription - which might be worth it if you wash you car(s) more than 2 times a month! I also like that the staff hand-spray water to wet your car before the tunnel wash - it feels like they are helping prep your car knowing that the machines may not efficiently do this.
