No matter what I said he kept adding up 7 quarts of oil to be 140 and then took off 30. Never made sense. I called the corporate office in Tucson twice and they never returned the call. I guess stealing from customers is fine with the corporate office. I won't be back to Brake Masters again and I am also going to file a BBB complaint. Terrible company.

Being pregnant, I'm not working right now, I'm on a fixed income so I was really banking on the fact that brake masters offer payment plans! I didn't get approved for any of the plans unfortunately but thankfully the staff are amazing at what they do because they were able to identify that the issue with the engine related to the AC issue so it was a 2 in 1 fix! I spent money at other shops replacing AC parts and not one shop caught that diagnosis. Basically, they fixed my both problems for no additional charge and I'm so grateful. They will also be doing a free follow up the week after to make sure everything is working accordingly. Definitely world class service and brake masters has my business . It is very rare to find honest auto mechanics that won't charge nonsense fees like shop supplies and such. I would recommend them to anyone for the basics.
