First impression was that they aren't much of "people persons", there wasn't much customer service skills there. I was trying to get a used tire but they said they didn't have one in my size. Ended up paying about $125 for a new one. I seen a used one that was my size on my way out. I think they could tell I was in a bad position, with everything else closing, and took advantage of me.
