I gave this place one star because it was the lowest rating I could give. We took my daughter's car for an alignment and requested them not to service if she was in need of tires. All of this was written on the receipt. The young man that serviced the car told us it is still pulling to the left and he didn't have a reason why. We took it to a local tire shop in our area and showed us that all 4 tires were in terrible condition. Too dangerous to drive at all! They also showed us how terrible the alignment was with the tires leaning inward. This place is dangerous!! Do not get your alignment here, unless you like living on the edge of danger!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE ! Tried to rip off my daughter by telling her her tires were at a number 4 and needed replacing. Took to our usual Firestone and they said tires had 40 K life left in them . Plus charged $91 for routine oil change that would cost 55 at Valvoline. read more

I was driving from Morehead City NC to Orlando FL and my tire light came on. I was in the middle of a very long drive In unfamiliar territory and there were few if any gas stations or car repair places.. very desolate and a Friday afternoon. I asked Siri for the closest Firestone because that's where we got these tires fairly recently in Greenville NC. I was told Beaufort SC about 30 mi off my track but I was desperate and went there. They heard my story and immediately checked my tires and sent me on my way. A lovely Marine gentleman checked my tires. They were great! read more

I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change, 10:30 my truck was still in the parking lot. I asked why my truck was still out side and was told the oil change guy left but was now back, it took 1 hour to change my oil. counting my appointment time it took 1 1/2 hours. NOT GOING BACK read more

I had four tires installed at this location, and I requested a tire alignment. The next day I received a call from the manager, and he advised me that they did not do the tire alignment. The manager asked me to bring the truck back at my convenience so they could do the alignment. I took the truck back the next day and had the alignment completed. I gave Firestone five stars, even though they did not complete all the work the same day, the five stars is for the manager, contacting me, and letting me know that the work had not been completed. It is a very reputable business that would admit to a mistake , and take the time to correct the mistake. The manager at Firestone reminds me of a quote. I don't remember who said it but the quote is "Integrity, is doing the right thing even when no one is looking". read more

I would not recommend this place, although the lady at the front of the store and the employees in the back are very nice, the thing that matters is that your vehicle is done properly and returned without damages! I dropped off my vehicle for services I get regularly at Firestone, oil change and tire balancing. I also asked for inspection of my fluids and topping them off if needed. I travel a lot and with the military life, I have always used them since 2000, and I have had a great experience everywhere I go, EXCEPT AT THIS STORE. Sad to say, this is the first time that I have received not only absolutely disrespectful treatment from Mitch (who claimed over the phone to have no supervisors and to be the owner of the store), but this is also the first time they have ever damaged something. They gave me notice of things that I could replace, like filters and such, before paying my bill and leaving as they always do. Normally, at this time, if something as obvious as the hood hinge and support system (which they had to open to do their job and checks) was not working properly. They did not mention at all any issues with this part of the vehicle. I traveled again and when I arrived at my destination, I washed the vehicle. I always lift the hood and wipe the plastic areas under it and keep it clear of debris. At this time, I found the hood was not staying up. I immediately called this store. The person answering the phone stated she would have the manager call me back. I called once more, and they told me the same. I called again today, and Mitch answered the phone at which time he was very rude, said breaking that part of a vehicle was impossible and he was not fixing it, he said he had to see it in person, I stated I live 4.5 hrs. away, so he said too bad. I asked if another firestone close by could look at it, he said no! I asked for a supervisor, and he said he did not give out the name or contact information of his supervisors, then I asked if he would give them my name and number and have them called me, and he said again, no! He was rude again in so many ways and he said that his store had explained this to me three times already. I explained nothing was ever explained to me, as I had been waiting for his call. I asked for his name and his position, and he said this is my store, and he hang up on me!!!! While this may not be worth my effort to have them make it right, it is worth people knowing that this is the kind of business this person runs. I hope it had nothing to do with anything other than him having horrible customer service manners, poor management, and dishonest practices, however; I am sure there may be other reasons for his behavior. read more

We had a tire that needed a plug and arrive a little over an hour before they closed. They were rude, unprofessional and completely unwilling to help. Thankfully, their competition, Discount Tire, was willing to help. Not only did Discount Tire remain after their normal closing time to assist us, they didn't even charge us to fix our tire. Guess it goes to show, Discount Tire is in business to help people and earn loyalty whereas Firestone is hiring people that care only about getting their paycheck. I will NEVER use Firestone in the future. read more

We strongly recommend against bringing your vehicle to this business for any kind of work. We had an appointment for our truck for an oil change and my husband carefully washed the truck before bringing it in for service. When he picked up the truck and brought it home, he noticed damage to the passenger side door; a crease with red or pinkish paint. He contacted the manager right away and brought the truck back for the manager to see. The manager said it looked like the door was damaged by a lift (the lifts are painted red) when the door was opened to change the cabin filter. My husband was told to get a quote for the damage. When he brought them the quote from the collision repair shop, the response was that it was "too high" and he would have to speak to his superior. We waited a week and heard nothing. My husband followed up and was blown off with the vague answer that "the store manager was handling it." We finally decided to contact our insurance company after waiting several more weeks with no further word from Firestone. We were hoping our insurance company could help get it resolved. They were not successful after several attempts to communicate with them. Firestone ignored them and/or would not provide our insurance company with needed information such as the name of their insurance company. This business has no integrity. Avoid them at all costs. read more

I had a A/C issue on my vehicle which was not working...i also wanted to get it checked ASAP...the staff was able to fit me in the next day in the morning... got my vehicle back the same day charged with ice cold air blowing through the vents....the gentleman that helped named Dennis was knowledgeable and very attentive took his time explaining what could have possibly caused the malfunction...he represented the firestone company well...expressing integrity and professionalism through his business practice(the qualities that keep good paying customers coming back).....I will return when in need of a local shop... read more

This is the first time I have ever left a review for a service. I wanted to make a specific mention regarding Tuffy tire and auto service Center because of their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I had previously scheduled three separate appointments at Firestone to get inspections on my vehicles prior to traveling across country. After receiving an extremely high quote for services on the first vehicle I shopped around to try and find a better quote. After contacting Rick at Tuffy he was able to provide me a quote that was much more within reason. I let Firestone know that I was going to be taking the vehicle elsewhere and they immediately became unprofessional, seeming to to take particular offense to me taking my business elsewhere.Tuffy was able to provide excellent quality repair in a timely manner and so I canceled my other two appointments at fire stone and took all of my business to Tuffy. I would highly recommend them for any auto care above Firestone. read more
