I received a text message on Friday reminding me of my appointment at 2:00 PM on Saturday. I called the store and Stacy assured me that my appointment for 12:30 PM would be fine and that she would be there. I arrived at 12:20 PM on Saturday and dropped off my keys. Told the service guy that I would go for lunch and return. I returned at about 1:10 PM and noticed my car had not moved from the parking lot. I questioned why they were not working on my car yet and was told they would get it in at 2:00 PM. I asked to speak with Stacy and was told she was at a wedding today. I asked when my car would be finished after they pulled it in and was told 5:00 PM. What annoys me the most is that I was lied to by Stacy. She said she would be there when she new she was attending a wedding. I asked for my keys and left. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store over the past 30 years and will not spend another nickel again. Stewart Harbinson

Right of the bat assume I gonna steal sh*t. Lucky I needed to ask some questions and with an escort was able to keep my belongings. (Note the young guy that helped me was awesome). Then even with the escort they still searched my bag at the counter lol even after I said I was escorted here, she says " I didn't see that" so I had nothing to hide so I opened it up. My point is they couldn't trust me but I'm suppose to trust them with my important stuff. Again I get it at this point if I don't want my stuff taken don't go in and I won't anymore. This has never happened before but every employee I had contact with said I'm not allowed to have my own backpack in there this time. I see all these 1 star reviews and they could care less. My fiance was able to purchase many hoodies, and there was a lot in stock - for guys. This time though, I was impressed by the abundance of Timberland shoes, I was able to purchase a couple of men's boots for my fiance with a good price. I checked my receipt and the calculated average of savings I get is 50%. I would recommend still checking this place out, as this is a big warehouse sale, and they have a lot of different types of clothing to shop for. They have hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts, work-out clothes, work pants, winter boots, safety shoes, winter jackets, golf apparels, even beauty products and jewelery! The problem for me back then was the the largest size that Tretorn made for women was a size 10. I needed a size 11. Instead, I ended up dipping into wearing men's Tretorn shoes. I ended up getting the logo in navy blue and white. Not exciting! My friend and I hit the women's shoe section. She found a cute, glittery pair of boots that fit her perfectly! She found them to be comfortable, even though she wouldn't be caught dead going on a date with them on. I feel that she is my lucky charm whenever we go to a Winners together. I found a fun pair of Tretorns in a size 11. They were patterned and they fit more comfortably than I recall. The footbed is far better than it used to be. I bought them without hesitation. This store is clean, bright, and decent, including the washrooms. The woman who helped me cash out was cheerful and upbeat.There wasn't a huge lineup on a Saturday afternoon.
