Midway through this season, we were suddenly informed today that they would no longer be continuing service for our property and would not be issuing even a partial refund. This has effectively left us stranded in the middle of winter. It is January 15, with at least two months of winter still ahead, and we are now forced to find a new provider and pay again for services we already paid for. There explanation was, that there equipment broke and I can understand that can happen; however, that responsibility lies with the service provider, not the customer. I even offered reasonable alternatives such as using a snow shovel or our own snow removal machine, yet they still refused to continue providing the service we paid for. And then proceeded to claim that the service has already been "paid for" simply because they have come out several times is unacceptable. If it had barely snowed this season, would that same logic apply? Would customers be refunded for lack of snowfall? This experience has been wildly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Now in the middle of the night, I'm stranded looking for a service, for my elderly mother's house. And finally, he shut down the WhatsApp group of his customers and stopped showing up completely. When publicly challenged and called out, he became aggressive and defensive with everyone. He claims he cannot afford to complete the contracted work due to the heavy snowfall of this winter season, and has abandoned his customers in the middle of winter. The number of reviews here confirming this is his business practice says it all. And Kyle's aggressive response to those reviews, and to my own, tell you everything you need to know about this guy. Keep digging that hole, Kyle, you are burying yourself in it. While we, your victims, all continue to work together to build our lawsuit against you.
