It was somewhat a challenging job since the original design simply capped off the edge of the cover with a facia board that blocked the run-off so my cover had about 10 years of debris. Jose removed the offending facia board and creatively determined how of mount a full-sized gutter with large downspouts. The new design will allow the rainwater to funnel off the cover and carry any leaves and dirt down the gutter and downspouts.
