Always broken waited 25 minutes stuck in a line getting into the wash. They hardly use soap the brushes are so worn out they smear the dirt on your car no water and your car has a film...15 dollar wash it left bird shit on my hood. Worst wash in that area awful terrible customer service you're bothering them. Went in for awash today. Paid my $13 and then waited at the gate and waited some more. Turns out - the whole car wash was offline. Not a single on-site employee could get the wash or the gates to work. I was told it would take another 15 minutes to get things going. I didn't have 15 minutes on top of the time I'd already lost. I'm thankful the 4 cars behind me backed up so I could get out and get on with my day. I'm out $13. Hopefully, the credit card company will make me whole. But in any case we I do not think I want to give this place another chance. At least I was not stuck inside the wash. :( read more

i like that they are open early so i can get a car wash on my way to work to avoid the lines. the $7 car wash did a decent job of cleaning the car but the drying system doesnt do a very good job. if you dont dry off your car after the wash it leaves dirty water spot all over your car. i can get a better wash for $3 at jet or peebles car wash. read more

I've been bringing my cars here for the last 6 years. The $15 wash is my choice weekly on payday. Lol. I love that they're open as late as they are. I also really appreciate the light show at night. I filled up my tank before work and bought the $15 Car wash, the lazy attendant was more worried about his microwave pizza breakfast than my wash. Both times I got there best wash and both times my truck left dirty I even asked the guy to use the brush on my back window and he gave me an attitude said he didn't have to. I really like this wash. It's no-frills, quick in and out. They do a much better job than other $3 washes which seem to barely touch your car. I like that they put on a lot of soap, the place is clean and they include wheel cleaner (you gotta clean your wheels!) with even the basic wash. I go every time I park at Midway. It's easier to drive out on Central than Cicero when there is a lot of traffic so I got right past it. read more

Overall great car wash. Management takes care of employees. Employees clean the back of car almost every time with a brush before cars enter the wash. Anytime there is bird poop they usually scrub it off before I even start the wash. Always very helpful. I love going here and I will keep returning. Plus the vacuum's are very nice and it is a lot cleaner than other car washes in the area. Good price for what they give you. read more

I simply love the changes they made. I believe it's under new management because the service improved tremendously since my last visit. They are fast and very professional. They go the extra mile to provide a good service. The waiting area is also clean and nice. My car was spotless clean in less than 45 minutes, and the prices are much more reasonable than before. This is my second time having a very very bad experience at this carwash. The customer service experience was the worst I ever had anywhere in my life. This person left in charge should not have a job of that capacity. Maybe you have had a similar experience, he's about 5'-9" long dark hair, a little scraggly mustache, frumpy attire, and an obnoxious squirrelly voice. I wanted to make a formal complaint in writing to his supervisor, and not only did he not help me with that, but followed me from the front of the car wash all the way to the end just arguing and verbally combative, in front of at least 5 other car owners vacuuming their cars. One woman give me her number and suggested I file a formal complaint and said she be a witness. Needless to say I'm never going back there. read more

The automatic wash does not clean if you have a vehicle which has a low hood, such as a toyota, or the rear hatch , such as a blazer. I paid for the monthly service, $35. Used since February. In July I went through and my antenna broke off on my new 2018 ford pickup. I told the girl about it and since they have the sign posted she said they're not responsible. Since this incident I canceled my membership, bought a new antenna mount for $20, and have not gone back. If this car wash doesn't want to replace a 20 dollar part I doubt they'll pay for any major damage, do I want to take a chance of going back.... do you want to take a chance or continue to use a car wash that fails their customers. read more

I have been coming here for a long time now. I'm signed up for the monthly unlimited washes for $34.95. The top wash alone is $15 so this pays for itself. If you check everything that you receive for the plan it is well worth it. I like that there isn't a whole bunch of employee turnover. This tells you that something is being done right. All of the employees I have encountered have been professional and polite. Anytime something was needed beyond the normal, it was handled immediately. The washes have been great. The dryers are good too. We all wish the dryers were way stronger but you are not left with a completely drenched vehicle. You would at most, do a once over. The only times I have ever had to go through the wash again was when I had the car extremely dirty. If you ever had a wash and needed to go through again, the employees will let you go through again. I would recommend to anyone reading this to try out the top tier monthly plan as i am pretty sure you will not be disappointed. read more

My I.d. says Nathaniel (I thought everyone knows that is long for Nathan). The employee not only said no, but she was rude and laughed at me. I am only glad that they saved me from scratching my car. Came to wash my car here. The guy was super friendly, our car was tag with garage sale signs and the guy even though we got the basic went above and beyond. he scrubbed all the tags off and said he would put a little extra soap. I passed by this car wash and thought why not get my car cleaned on the quicks. I payed, when I'm about to go in the car wash. The guy that guides you in, told me to keep on going in. So I went straight in. I messed up my rims because of him. Something got stuck in the rims, so I rolled down my window. He said " You should of listened to what I was pointing dumb ass". Like what? Did he really say that, lol? And proceed to say " Do what I fucking say" Like what? The funny thing is, two more employees or managers where behind him and heard him. They just look at me like I'm dumb as hell. They just went inside. Like I'm listening to you and you're the one that's messing me up. He said to go straight, so I did. He said back up and don't move the wheel, so I did. I messed up my rims even more because of that. He again stated " you fucked it up even more". I RUN/MANAGE a business and I if I heard one of MY employees say that to a customer. I will suspend him immediately. Worst car wash I ever been to, lol.
