Later on Thursday, I was updated that a tech (aka 'Ron R. - Service Manager) was in the locale. He gave me an evaluation in short time and worked to provide as best a price as possible. Installation was then set for the following morning. Ron arrived as scheduled and had the installation completed in approximately 1.5 hours. Excellent job. Communication was top-notch throughout via emails, texts and calls. I have worked with Shahood for several years and HIGHLY recommend them for their dependability, efficiency, quality of work and pricing. Shout out to Mark for the immediate follow up to a post-installation question I entered via the web. Cheers

Hi Jim and his staff (Billy, etc.) are great plumbers…read more Excellent response time and customer service. I called him last October as my friend had referred me and my hot water heater died. I had called my regular plumber (Chaffin's) and am still waiting for the return call. Jim answered the phone, sent one of his plumbers to my house and within 4 hours -a new water heater was installed. Two weeks ago, I had a dishwasher leak issue which turned into a large problem. Once again, they were at my house within two hours and helped me diagnose the issue. Excellent customer service and billing documentation. If you want to support a great small businsss, call them. His employee said that the transducer was broken due to ice build up and there is a need for whole system replacement which would cost 4800USD. I decided to wait and get a second opinion. As the weather warmed up, the whole system came to life with no issues. I am glad that I waited else I would have ended up with a 5000USD bill at the end of the day given the fact that nothing was really wrong with the system. Now I have very little trust in this company and would not call them again. Be careful when you decide to use them next time.

We have a large 3 story home and due to poor initial installation we have had heating and plumbing…read moreissues for over a decade. We struggled with another plumbing service, paying them a lot of money for bandaid fixes. We were frequently with unreliable heat and minimal hot water in middle of winter. Finally this year after surveying available plumbing contractors, we chose Connerney Plumbing from Framingham and what a difference. Connerney came in and spent a day or two studying our system to fully understand it. They developed in organized manner a master list of things to be remediated, and they resolved each issue efficiently. Unfortunately we required a new 80 gallon hot water tank and significant plumbing work to correct the initial install. Jesse sat down and explained that in the long run it would be better to remove the boiler, hot water tank and plumbing and to reinstall from ground up correctly. He recommended a Veissman boiler and hot water tank and we discussed how he would redo plumbing with shut offs and draw offs that would minimize future problems and lower costs significantly for repair. We bit the bullet and went with the Connerney team, although this was a major investment. From that moment, every step of our experience was positive. Connerney's team of plumbers were professional, neat, organized and met all time lines. More importantly their installation was done artfully. Jesse and team shared all about the new system and plumbing, the whys and the hows on how the new system and plumbing works and ease of service. We now have a quiet new system that delivers perfect heat and humidity through our home. Our hot water supply is infinitely better for jacuzzi. I wish we had found Connerney a decade ago. They are true professionals you can trust
