I knew my ins co would pay for it as it was related to the fire incident and not having had water running through the pipes for a long time. If I had been responsible for the invoice, I would've freaked out. That's why I knocked off a star. So yes, they are good, reliable and guarantee their work (the guy came back a week later to fix it again at no charge - not his fault, it was bound to happen due to the severe clogging) BUT they are super expensive. However, when things started to go south with a mistake that they did with the water heater they were not willing to fix it and passed the blame to the propane provider for their mistake in installing the unit. The water heater was for an 80 year old and 75 year old and they were fine leaving them without water just because they didn't want to own their mistake. This shows that they don't care about owning their work or their customers. I will never hire them again for anything, and I hope whoever reads this review thinks twice before hiring this company.

I called Dewofle and they had an appraiser come out and look and he said that I need a skirted toilet for the price of $1200 dollars. I told them I just paid $175 dollars for his guys to come out and charge me over $600 dollars and I am right were I started. I was told that there is nothing they can do about the $600 that I wll have to install a new toilet for $1200.
