MORE .... Wallpaper Connection is a family owned and operated business. We have been in the wallcovering business for 25 years.The business is owned by brothers Mitchell, Dennis and Jeff Geren. The brothers hung wallpaper as a part time job for years and realized the need for a stocking showroom in Cleveland. They continued their professions while other family members took the lead managing the store with their passion wallpaper and interior design. We had two separate wallcovering businesses in the beginning- a retail store with current patterns instock along with a special order bookroom department- and then a closeout/ overstock business Now, we have the largest selection in the southeast with our local showroom with a mix of current wallpaper

Established in 1983.

We are a family owned and operated business. We have been in the wallcovering business since 1983. We now have the largest selection of in-stock wallcoverings in the southeast with a mix of current and closeout patterns. As well as a extensive wallpaper book collection with thousands of wallcoverings to select from.

We used cross cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms in 2016. Nancy seemed excited about the…read moreproject and was very professional as we planned, and in getting the cabinets done and installed. Once the cabinets were installed, Nancy has not wanted to stand behind her product at all, even though she told me that we could call her for anything over the life of the cabinets! I have had multiple cabinet issues. Initially I had to call her multiple times to see if she would send someone out to fix a broken cabinet hinge. She reluctantly sent someone after numerous calls and after making me feel that she was totally inconvenienced by it. I then had to call again multiple times to request someone come out to fix my trash cabinet that broke. She finally sent someone but was very rude over the phone implying that my family was causing these issues and seemed totally annoyed that I would request such a thing! Once the person came to repair the issue, I questioned him on what broke and he totally implied that the issue was not something we caused. Lastly, the cabinets are pewter stained. They have spots that need to be touched up. I asked nancy for a touch up pen for months. She finally sent one and it was completely dried up. Needless to say, I did not ask her for another one as I was exhausted by then. I wish nancy would have been easier to work with and cared to stand behind her product! My children are preteens and teens. Nobody in our family was especially hard on our cabinets besides the fact that it is the most used room in any family!

I found them in the Winchester, TN area 3 days ago as a service that can trim 2 trees. I texted…read morethem my address. So, Willy (they're hispanic and not sure if this is correct). He tells me I'll get an estimate and he will be able to come at 6pm. Then he texts and said the next day is better and will be here at 2:30pm. So around 12:30 he texts that he's 1.5 hours away and he can't make it. I offered to pick another day and no response. Hours later he said he lives in Chattanooga and lives too far away. I'm like WTF? why didn't he tell me this at the onset. Now I have to start making calls again. Unreal but true!
