Each flavor was decadent and delicious- coated in a sweet buttercream frosting, yum yum! The macarons were equally delicious! They were soft and the cream was airy and flavorful. My favorite was the chocolate- so good. The colors were also so cute. The pastels really complimented the vibe for the wedding. I heard that the service was amazing, too! Everything was on-time and the Butterfly team coordinated nicely with the wedding planner. The vibe of the bake shop is friendly and cute.

What was ENTIRELY disappointing and unacceptable was the cake itself. It was over baked, and the outside edges were brown. BROWN. Needless to say the cake was dry and lacked the flavor I and my friend had tasted in the past. My friend told me that the filling flavors were even wrong. Knowing this and the poor attitude that I recently received over the phone when trying to place an order recently I don't see myself ordering from here again.

She actually called me, but instead of trying to make it right, she told me nothing had changed with the recipe and maybe the ovens just needed calibrating. No offer to replace the cupcakes or even a simple apology. In my experience, a caring owner would have at least offered a refund or replacement to make things right. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel like customer satisfaction is a priority here anymore. My family and I will take our business elsewhere.
