I wish they were the first I called, I called another company in Merced. They wasn't able to unlock a 26 Mack truck for us. But I called here and from the time I called to the time I sent them the address it was all less than 10 minutes. They were able to unlock the truck and get my driver on the go. Thanks Kevin !!!! read more

Did a great fast job unlocking my truck even with dark tint. Definitely worth the price for how quick they got there.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow. They arrived quickly and kept me updated when my vehicle was dropped off at the repair shop. They were very personable and I truly appreciate it - not to mention all at a reasonable price! read more

If I could give Wallace and Lisa 10 stars, I would. Was driving down a very slick dirt road and despite having 4WD and aggressive mud tires, I slid off the road and my pickup was halfway down an irrigation ditch. Wallace Towing came out promptly and got me out of a very precarious situation. By some very clever 'out of the box' thinking they recovered my vehicle and they did it quickly and safely. They were both extremely pleasant people and they are now my 'go-to' company for future towing needs (but no more driving in ditches! ) read more

This tow company was on point! Quick service and a friendly service, very reasonable rates. One of the best I have dealt with..

They got me into my truck after I brilliantly locked the keys inside. They were fast and effective, couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you very much, it would have been a long walk home! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Wally this morning. My car started fine yesterday when I left home but when I tried to start my car to leave from where I had been all I heard was the "click click click" of a dead battery. After getting my battery jumped by a kind citizen with jumper cables I drove directly to the auto parts store and bought a new battery intending to have it installed this morning by my mechanic but my car wouldn't start again. I haven't used a tow service since moving to Central California over 2 years ago so I looked on Yelp to check out reviews. I have to admit that based on reviews I initially called another tow service with a greater number of reviews. Unfortunately, I was put on hold, which I can understand on a Monday morning around 8:00 am (even during COVID precautions), but when nobody came back after 15 minutes to check on me or take my call I hung up and called Wallace Towing. From the very first contact with Wallace Towing I was treated courteously and with respect and dignity. Wally provided a jump to my battery and my car started right away. After my car was running again Wally offered to put my new battery in...this was AFTER I had paid for the jump service!!! The battery installation was a courtesy and saved me a lot of money on a mechanic and now I know that I can install my own battery for future reference. I could have been taken advantage of so easily if not for Wally going the extra mile for me and I get the feeling that I am not an exception to the rule. This is just who Wally is and of course, I tipped him. Thank you so much for treating me more than fairly and providing such a great service Wally. I hope I never have to use a tow service again but if I ever do I now know a good one! Plus, I have a lot of friends and I will definitely be talking about this to everyone I know. read more

Horrible Service. I got a call from Lisa who is an executive secretary and she did not speak professional at all. How did she get this position with a horrible attitude? She yelled at me impatiently and she told me they will be there in 5 minutes. Pick n Pull who they are contracted with told me they will call me 15-30min before they arrive. BUT Lisa gave me 5 minutes only. This was devastating. Then Wallace, the tower, spoke to me with such pride that if I wanted to complain and if I don't like their enterprise I can call someone else. I'm just surprise with how impulsive and aggressive they were towards me. They interrupted my speaking so many times and dared to talk down on me. I spoke to them politely and spoke with my rights. My car was at my house that was burned down, so I had to drive there and they expect me to be there in 5 minute ? In the end they did tow my car, however I will not ever call them again. Please LISA AND WALLACE, reflect on yourself of what's your position. If I did anything wrong, I would admit to it but at this rate I hope you don't give any other customer a hard time with a rudeness. read more
