Great service! My brother & i were traveling 5 hrs to bring my mom her stored items & things for a family member in need. We were 15 min from our destination & our utility trailer blew a tire. We called a tow co that made us wait 40 min before getting a call from the driver to re-confirm our location. Minutes later we get a text that the truck is not working & they wont be coming. I called AG and 20ish min later he was here! WOW Its was pouring rain & we were on the road less than 10min later. Even tho i dont live in the area its nice to know that if my mom or aunties need service i have a great co to call. read more

They make it impossible to pick up your vehicle they say they're open 24 but that's a BOLD FACE LIE they are open only when the lady is there and her hours are at her convenience and when I finally was able to even get ahold of anyone they started tacking on imaginary hidden fees that they never said anything about they told me 1 price than gave me another when I got there I knew tow yards were shady but this couple were flat out scammers, heartless individuals. read more

These guys are crooks plain and simple. Car was impounded after an accident called up and got the price and required paperwork to pick it up and was quoted an insane price. Showed up the next day and the rude woman behind the desk says she has to look it over again and tacks on another 350 dollars in fees and tells us that she never heard of this guy that we talked to. Not possible that we called the wrong place because he verified the plate number before he quoted the price. Absolute rip off just took advantage of an old woman going thru stage 4 cancer treatment. No heart no sympathy I hope Karma takes a huge bite out of her sooner rather than later. I have to give Ray & O'Neil alot of thanks for making sure my (Class A) Motorhome made it safe and sound. Keep in mind it's about 37' feet long. Also keep in mind that I have AAA. AAA sent him to Gustine, which wasn't the city my motorhome was in. My motorhome was in Gilroy. He drove around looking for us and was also waiting for AAA to respond. After contacting Ray, I had gotten in touch with AAA and was given the run around for hours. AAA advised me that he refused the service request, which was not true. After going back and forth for hours and not getting any sleep. Even after I was told by my doctor to be on bed rest and not talk, AAA insisted on making things worst. I had an attack while on the phone with AAA due to the agents telling my fiance and myself nothing but lies. It took about 3 days for AAA to come up with another reason why my motorhome couldn't be towed. After searching and calling almost every tow company from the south bay Ray was literally 1 of 2 companies that would tow the motorhome. After speaking to the other tow company which was located in Gilroy. We were told that they WOULD NOT tow it since there was frame damage. Which WAS NOT TRUE!!! After everything was said and done I had to pay for the request out of pocket. Even with a AAA roadside membership. My wife and I broke down in our 69 Camaro off hwy 99 and Martin Luther king (bad part of town) around 1230-1am. We called asked for a tow and ride home to Mariposa 45mi away. The owner came in about 20min had my wife sit inside his warm truck while he put my car on his flat bed and we were off. Dropped us off safe and sound had car off in 5min. After my car decided to stop working at a busy intersection, I went through the tedious effort to let my insurance company set up a tow for me. 90 minutes later and my son and I are still waiting. At that point I figure I'm on my own, so I call AG Towing. Within 2 minutes of calling, someone is heading my way. Within 10 minutes their driver is calling me to confirm that's me they are seeing just down the street. About 10 minutes later my car, son and I are headed home. Less than an hour after my initial call, AG Towing had done more to get my son home than my insurance company did for me in two and a half hours. The driver was quick and friendly, and even let my son honk the air horn (which he got a kick out of). Their price was fair, especially considering the response time. I've saved their number into my phone, just in case I ever have problems again. I'm just saying; this is how you build clientele. Folks stranded in the middle of the street want to get out of that situation. Being the fastest tow in the state is a great place to start. read more

Where do I even begin... I am not a local from the area, but I was on a road trip to Redding,CA from Los Angeles,CA (it's about an 8hr drive). My vehicle decides to start giving me troubles, therefore I pull over on the side of the fwy and then the car just turns off on the 99 N Fwy. I call my insurance company and ask for Road Side Assistance and AG Towing happens to be the towing company to pick up my Road Side Assistance call. Ray, was the person coming out to help me on the side of the road and I say WAS because he actually did not have to come out for us because we were able to turn the car on and drive it to the local Auto Zone. I called Ray and informed him that we would no longer need the help and very nicely asked me to call him as soon as we were safe and if we needed anything that we should call him. Thankfully the Autozone visit went really well and we were able to get back into the vehicle and proceed with the trip. Now...Ray really cares about his customers and has a very big heart! He called me a few min after our visit to Autozone to make sure we were ok. THAT truly demonstrates that Ray definitely takes his business very seriously and cares. I had new tires installed in my Subaru Legacy and couldn't turn without ripping off my front fenders. Since my car was all wheel drive, I needed flatbed or front wheel adapter towing. This was the only company open that were able to rescue me on a Saturday (for some reason, other companies like Ray's towing closed and Mike's towing was not able to tow AWD cars). Where do I even begin. Ray and one of his side kicks picked us up late and we were involved in a hit and run accident it was around 2am. We were exhausted and and totally shaken up. Ray showed up and offered warm coffee and a lift all the way back to Berkeley even though it was out of his range but he said he would be more than happy to extend his time to help us (2 hour drive each way). Throughout the ride, we started to get to know Ray and he made our ride easy and safe. He dropped our car safely at the collision spot and drove us home. We seriously love this company. On 12/22/2019, my family and I were driving home on northbound Hwy 99 near Merced when a big rig's drive shaft fell off onto the wet and raining freeway. It was unavoidable as I was driving on the slow lane and I was not able to swerve to miss it-this thing was the length of the lane. So, I went over it and it caused 2 flat tires on the right side of my SUV. Mind you, it was raining, dark and I had my entire family with me (infant and toddler) I called AAA to get a tow service to pick us up, as it was very dangerous on the side of the freeway. I was met with confrontational AAA representative about technicality about getting a tow truck out. My husband called AG Towing Services and Rey picked up and informed my husband that he would be there in moments time. Literally 5 minutes later, he was at our location to assist with our disabled vehicle on the side of the busy freeway. He was able to tow our SUV and accommodate our children-who are in a booster and carseat-to our destination safely.
