this place is an absolute scam , i was stuck on the side of the road on a Friday night and got the car towed to their lot a chp officer and the tow truck driver himself said they are closed on the weekends but not to worry because they don't charge for the car being on there lot on weekends so come Monday morning I go get my car from their lot and they charged me for 4 days! I asked the lady up front who was very short answered with all questions and she said they do charge on the weekend so I ended up paying double then what it was going to be and on top another 300 just for them to drop it off at my house I then called another company and they picked it up for so much cheaper, so moral of the story is do not come here! they lie they'll do whatever it is to take your money and leaving you walking away feeling like s##t. read more

Horrible company. Our driver got stuck in mud up in the mountains. They said they'd have someone there at 10:00AM but they never showed up. We kept calling them and they told us they were coming still. Finally, at 1:15PM we call them again to check the status and they say that they're not coming. Horrible, horrible company. This company is shit and a bunch of crooks and criminals my car got towed shortly after my dad died they wouldn't release the car to my mom that person who is on my dads will as his predecessor and he bought me that care as I couldn't afford one and was about to have my first kid and I'm pregnant with my second one and have no way of getting around while being pregnant and they won't even let me get my property from the car they essentially have stolen my vehicle from me after i got stuck in the snow FUCK!!! I had an accident nearby Merced (I'm not a local) and this was the towing serviced that was requested. My wife, my baby and myself were really rattled and had never been in an accident like this (that rendered our car undrivable). At their office, the people at the "window" were fairly rude and careless. Depending on who you talk to they are not clear on the documentation you need or papers to sign. Also, they lack empathy and people skills. They don't give a damn about you being in a car accident and talk to you with an authoritarian and careless demeanor as if you were basically their hostage (which you are once they have towed your car). When I asked to talk to a manager they refused and didn't help me. I was very disappointed as I bet a good portion of their "customers" are people who just went through a nasty accident and just need help to navigate through the entire situation. They were also a pain in the ass to allow third-party people to access and check the vehicle even when I called them to allow them to do so. On the flip side, the driver who towed our car was really nice to us right after the accident. It is unfortunate that the rest of the service was overshadowed by incompetent and rude management. If you need to get your car towed for any reason make sure you don't get Allways Towing. Especially if you have been through an accident, these people will just make your entire experience worse. read more

My truck was towed by CHP on Tue. April 11, 2023 to Always towing 47 miles from my home town. The truck is still in my ex-wife's name so I had to go pick her as she is the only name on the registration. Upon arrival we were told my ex-wife Tara is the only one aloud to access the vehicle. When I tried to explain to Alex the manager that, Tara has serious medical problems, A brain tumor that causes her to have up to 7 seizures a day and an aneurysm that can burst at any moment, she would not listen to me and threw me off the premise. I have over sized push bumpers that weigh around 500 pounds. She will not allow anyone but Tara to get these belongings or allow her to back my truck in to load them. By law, I am aloud to get anything from the truck that's not bolted down but having my ex-wife load them without help could quite possibly kill her instantly. I want to be aloud to assist in loading these thing or have an employee help her and an apology to my ex-wife for not taking the time to listen. read more

So last night we are in a roll over crash. Allways Towing was the company that responded. I don't know if you have ever been in a roll over but shit goes flying everywhere. The registration was in the car but we were unable to find it due to the pesky reason of needing to go to the hospital. I will give a little credit to the tow truck driver he did say you will need your registration to get to your vehicle. We get to the wrecking yard today with insurance information and bless the little girls heart at the gate for following company policy but really. I guess this is standard across the board but come on people at least let us go to the damn vehicle while you are watching to ensure we are not stealing our own stuff and let us find the registration. read more

have attempted to contact a manager for over a month no one will return phone calls and the manager is never available. do not recommend under any circumstances. they over charge and are not customer friendly. this company charges what ever they want called for a tow the quoted me $125 for 2 miles also quoted me $450 for the same tow and finally quoted me $80. so you tell me what the real price is. i would highly appreciate a call back from this company read more

My parents were in an automobile accident at no fault to them a couple of weeks ago. Always towing was the tow yard contacted for towing my parents vehicle. After days of fighting with them and arguing with them to try and retrieve paperwork and items out of the vehicle I finally had my lawyer contact them. They hung up on the lawyer so we had to have CHP who was at the scene of the accident them that they will allow my insurance company to retrieve the vehicle. When my insurance company retrieved the vehicle they transported my vehicle to Fresno. I was able to get access to my vehicle right away with no issues. I had been shopping earlier the day of the accident and picked up items for my pets along with some grocery items non perishable. I wanted to retrieve my items but realized that all of the items were in fact stolen by always towing company while my vehicle was on their lot. I contacted my insurance company USAA along with the lien holder of my vehicle and they informed me that they will blacklist always towing because they have done this in the past. I would error on extreme caution using this company for your towing needs. read more
