Ari, Chad, Hector, Jared, and Matt have been fantastic. If something hurts, they do their best to fix it. I was definitely reluctant about my treatment when I began. I was taught growing up that you go to a chiropractor for your back. And sure, they definitely know how to pop your back and make things feel great in the short term, but they never fix the problem and they keep you coming back. I can tell you Chad is just as good if not better at popping things than any chiropractor I've seen and, while he and everyone here is great, they do their best to get you fixed as fast as they can so you don't have to keep coming back.

She's upbeat and energetic and does a very good job of explaining why we are doing certain stretches, and for how long, and what muscles we are hoping to strengthen. There are several assistants working with patients as we go through our exercises and there is a good sense of team work with all of the staff. The facility is in a great location, and it's always clean and organinzed, with things being put away right when you are done using them. I highly recommend Ideal Rehab if you are need of PT services.

The therapist also…read morehas gone downhill and her attention span has been interrupted She talks incessantly about her personal life and forgets that's she's supposed to be working on you. They are short tech's and therapists. I advise looking elsewhere. I'm going to give one of their other facilities a try but if that is as disappointing as this facility has become then I'll switch to another company. The owner is difficult to communicate with. She is unaware of what her facilities offer ie: cupping or other modalities. There's a change in ownership. I'm told the company is "struggling" and they need to make this change to keep open and running. Worst physical therapy place ever. Try modern it's much better and better therapists.

Stuff happens. Accidents are random and hopefully you will be free of them. But if something…read morehappens there are people who are trained to help you get back to normal, or something pretty close. I have had really good results at ATI and I want to encourage you to try them out if you need physical therapy. They have several locations around Tucson and I am a two time client at this one off Ajo and Park. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and well trained in getting people back in working order. The facility is compact but has everything one needs to get top notch results. I prefer learning and doing exercises that use minimal spa-like equipment and use things like hand weights, exercise bands, walls, treadmills and stationary bikes. Nothing glamorous but effective......and easily replicated at home or on the go. All the therapists are cheerful, encouraging and supportive. They listen and offer encouragement and alternatives crafted to your needs and abilities. Their hours of operation are pretty extensive and convenient. They can work around your schedule and greet you with a smile when you arrive. So, if you find yourself in need of some PT check out ATI.
