The service manager had a technician climb onto the roof of the RV to take pictures and then coordinated with the parts manager to find the right parts. He then sent the tech back up on the roof and to change out the crank and attach the lid and hood. The price for parts was under $70 dollars and they did not charge us for the labor. Outstanding Customer Service…read more I want to give a huge shoutout to Lane and Tracey at Bish's RV for going above and beyond with their customer service! I brought in a backup camera that I had purchased from a third party to have it installed, and from the beginning, Lane and Tracey made me feel like my business and my concerns were a priority. The installation ended up requiring numerous attempts at troubleshooting, and instead of giving up or simply sending me on my way, they stayed with it until they figured out that the issue was actually with my truck. Even after discovering the problem wasn't with the camera or their installation, they continued to assist me and make sure everything was working properly. I left with my backup camera working perfectly! That level of patience, professionalism, and genuine commitment to taking care of a customer is hard to find. Lane and Tracey are a great representation of what exceptional customer service should look like. I truly appreciate everything they did and would absolutely recommend Bish's RV because of employees like them!

I was trying to get to a friend's funeral procession, and Jerry came in early on his day off just to make sure someone was there to help me with my tire. He stayed until the work was finished, even though the department was already overwhelmed with appointments and responsibilities. What he did wasn't just customer service -- it was humanity. It was community. It was someone choosing to show up when it mattered most. His kindness made it possible for me to stand with my club and my friends on a day that meant everything to us. I don't have the right words for how much this meant. All I have is gratitude -- for Jerry, for the service department, and for the way Big Sky Harley shows what it truly means to take care of people
