This "clinic" is a joke. Don't even waste your time attempting to make an appointment if you're a "new patient". I wholeheartedly understood that it would take a few months to be seen by their "family doctors", but when I was told they only had 3 available doctors taking new patients I was perfectly fine with the schedule to wait. Then the receptionist tells me which doctor I wanted and mentioned Dr. Wagner as a first option so I opt that my two kids and I be seen by Dr. Wagner. Then here's the catch: the receptionist asks you a bunch of MEDICAL questions and current meds you're on and Dr. Wagner will then "DECIDE" if he will see us?! WHAT IN THE HEALTH CARE WORLD?! I was shocked by her statement and received a call two days later saying that Dr. Wagner decline to "care" or see my kids and I. BRAVO, DR. WAGNER! I bet denying and getting to pick and chose who you want to see makes you feel better about yourself as a practicing doctor who took the Hippocratic oath LIKE ALL DOCTORS DO and now that you're a "big time Dr" in a small town that oath DOES NOT apply to you. This clinic and how they run is truly unbelievable! They called me a few days later REPEATEDLY to let me know another available doctor in their clinic is willing to see me and my children. YEAH.....NO! You may think you are the "it" clinic in WW, but I managed to get myself and my children a good family doctor in WW and could care less about you offering up your next doctor. Walla Walla clinic I truly appreciate the laughs. Now from what I'm reading, Dr. Wagner isn't that great of a doctor anyway so, thank you for denying myself and my two children care! The grass IS IN FACT greener on the other side, folks! Don't settle for WW clinic and their bs stipulations or being "judged" by a Dr before being seen and waiting to see if a doctor will deny or approve to see you!! There are PLENTY OF doctors in WW that are better and not part of this bs scheme WW clinic has enforced! Just do your research and you'll find a fabulous doctor like I have! read more

Non-responsive. Call in to talk to someone is not an option. They will put you on hold for hours. You get to down to caller 2 or 3 and get your hopes up then kick you out to the main receptionist and she will politely put you back in the cue. My Dr. is JP. I have called them to as I need 3 referrals for things that he recommended. I called them 8 times in August, once a week in September and 3 times in October. I was able to speak to his nurse the last few times. She was very polite. She informed me on my 4 to 6th call that they "put me on the priority list" whatever that means. The last time I called, again she was really nice and apologized for JP and mentioned that he needed to finish his notes from my August meeting so I could get the referrals processed. Needless to say, after that I called another doctor outside of the WWC and to my great surprise, they answered the phone and scheduled me an appointment within the week. Given the referrals that my new doctor has received, I am very hopeful this will be it for me and WWC! read more

Got my blood drawn today at the Walla Walla clinic. The phlebotomist drawing my blood was called Kyla, she was incredibly helpful they needed to find out where to send the information and she went out of her way to help me very very very helpful girl.With that kind of attitude to her work she will go very far in life! read more

My son's pediatrician Shirley Ashley moved to the Walla Walla Clinic after Walla Walla General closed down. We went into the office to sign the papers to have his medical records switched over and set an appointment for a check up. Their office calls me 2 DAYS BEFORE HIS APPOINTMENT, saying they do not accept his insurance. Like really? you couldn't tell me this when I went in to make the appointment? You just wasted 3 weeks where I could have set an appointment with a different doctor. And now I will not have him updated on his shots in order to get him registered for Preschool on time. WORST doctor ever looked at my knee March 2020. I can't walk up or down stairs at all without my knee buckling. I suggested I thought I might be developing arthritis and he scolded me for being right about having arthritis. Told me to take Aleve on a long term basis which is bad for anyone. He handed me a flyer of info about a steroid shot for my knee but immediately turned his back on me and marched out without a word. He didn't explain the shot, he didn't ask if I had any questions or if I wanted the shot. He didn't say goodbye or anything. I sat there for a few minutes in stunned silence expecting him to return with the shot. After several minutes, I slowly realized he wasn't coming back. So after 2 appointments, took half day off from work, x-rays (which showed I was right about arthritis ) more than $200 out of pocket expenses, got scolded by 2 different doctors for being right about having arthritis, I got absolutely no treatment and no help for my knee. It's no wonder people hate doctors! Arrogant doctors deserve to be hated. read more

I live out of town and went for a jog. Got a dog bite from a dog that I'm unsure of is up to date on it's shots. I go in knowing that I have a lowered immune system and am more prone to infections, better safe than sorry. I ended up with Dr Kirtley and it was the WORST experience I've ever had with a doctor and I have been to many! Instead of listening to me and my pre-existing condition he just brushed it off and said he's not worried, cleaned and slapped a bandaid on the wound. I told him how I felt it was a pointless visit and I expect more from him, and he got a foot from my face and raised his voice at me. It was EXTREMELY unprofessional and I walked out. read more

The Walla Walla Clinic is the main place our family goes when we need to see a doctor immediately but aren't in need of an ER visit. The facility itself is excellent and a number of the staff members are great. My review specifically targets the urgent care and even more specifically, Dr. Kirtley. The receptionists of the clinic could use a boost of happiness. I understand they work around the sick and wounded but even a smile or a kind word would help alleviate the woes of their clients and may provide even the smallest positive feelings to the experience. The last four or five times a member of my family has gone to the clinic, we get stuck with Dr. Kirtley. He has proven each time his absolute lack of interest in the reason one of us is visiting. Each visit, we have spent more time and discussed more of our issue with the nurse, with even the receptionist, than we do with this doctor. He seems to be dying to be anywhere but his job, he doesn't take the time to investigate a wound or an ailment. With but a glance, he's assured in a general way, "you'll live". He takes both antisocial and vague to a new level. read more

Really? They are trying to charge me a re-establishment fee to return to their clinic to see a doctor yet cannot explain what the fee is about. Pretty darn lame if you ask me. I think I'll be moving my primary doctor to another place... read more

I felt like I got great care here at a very reasonable "self-pay" price when I was between insurances.

Good doctors and most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Making an appointment is usually very quick and easy and I have never had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Some of the doctors have been serving the community for 20+ years. I love the Pediatrics Dept. staff and they are always so friendly and helpful. We felt that Dr. Fory in Pediatrics was very thorough and really focused on the needs of our child. read more

We have had very good experiences with the Clinic staff being friendly and helpful. They are very respectful of how much things cost and try to make our care affordable. We feel like they are there to care for us not just to take our money. The radiology department was able to get my previous imaging so I didn't have to have the exam repeated saving us our appointment with the doctor and money! read more

These receptionist at the clinic besides only a small handful of them have some of the WORST customer service if you even want too call it that. Patients are arriving and coming because a majority are ill or dealing with something medically that isn't pleasant. Who the hell wants to go to a place where it doesn't even feel warm and inviting when you're already most likely not in a joyful mood too begin with! read more

I've been going to Walla Walla clinic for years. I recently all of a sudden got really sick and the doctor at the walk in clinic didn't really do anything for me. He basically told me I had the flu and to give it three days and I'd be fine. He wouldn't listen to my symptoms or that something was actually wrong with my body. I ended up in the hospital a couple days later with what we found to be a severe kidney infection. I had to schedule an appointment to see a doctor at Walla Walla clinic to go over some symptoms I was still having and what I could do for them and the doctor wouldn't even sit down to listen to me. I was so frustrated, I TOLD him right there that I needed help and he wasn't listening to me and he still just kinda looked at me and walked out of the room. So disappointed with the clinic after going there for 12 years. The service and help has gone down hill and I will not be returning. read more
