This clinic has an amazing list of really good doctors. Saved my life with their super integration of specialties and other staff.

This "clinic" is a joke. Don't even waste your time attempting to make an appointment if you're a "new patient". I wholeheartedly understood that it would take a few months to be seen by their "family doctors", but when I was told they only had 3 available doctors taking new patients I was perfectly fine with the schedule to wait. Then the receptionist tells me which doctor I wanted and mentioned Dr. Wagner as a first option so I opt that my two kids and I be seen by Dr. Wagner. Then here's the catch: the receptionist asks you a bunch of MEDICAL questions and current meds you're on and Dr. Wagner will then "DECIDE" if he will see us?! WHAT IN THE HEALTH CARE WORLD?! I was shocked by her statement and received a call two days later saying that Dr. Wagner decline to "care" or see my kids and I. BRAVO, DR. WAGNER! I bet denying and getting to pick and chose who you want to see makes you feel better about yourself as a practicing doctor who took the Hippocratic oath LIKE ALL DOCTORS DO and now that you're a "big time Dr" in a small town that oath DOES NOT apply to you. This clinic and how they run is truly unbelievable! They called me a few days later REPEATEDLY to let me know another available doctor in their clinic is willing to see me and my children. YEAH.....NO! You may think you are the "it" clinic in WW, but I managed to get myself and my children a good family doctor in WW and could care less about you offering up your next doctor. Walla Walla clinic I truly appreciate the laughs. Now from what I'm reading, Dr. Wagner isn't that great of a doctor anyway so, thank you for denying myself and my two children care! The grass IS IN FACT greener on the other side, folks! Don't settle for WW clinic and their bs stipulations or being "judged" by a Dr before being seen and waiting to see if a doctor will deny or approve to see you!! There are PLENTY OF doctors in WW that are better and not part of this bs scheme WW clinic has enforced! Just do your research and you'll find a fabulous doctor like I have! read more

Horrible Dermatologist Office!! I waited 4 months for my son's to be seeing. His appointment was today at 10:40 am. I thought they were located where all of the WW Clinics were at and to my surprise they were not. When I realized it I called, it was 10:44. I explained to the girl that answered the situation and she explained to me how to get to their location. By the time we walked in the office it was 10:50, waited a 1-2 minutes til they called us to the counter. Once at counter I gave his name, she says hold on and walks to the back. Few minutes later comes backs and says that I was two minutes past their cut off time and that I had to reschedule his appointment. I was extremely frustrated and disrespected. I hurried out of work, picked him up, canceled my own appointment to make it there for them to tell me that we got there two minutes past their cut off time. Felt profiled and unfairly treated. They were rude and not accommodating. Not empathetic at all. Obviously they don't know how to hire kind hearty and patient driven people. Very sad that they treat people so poorly taking advantage of the fact that not many options for the locals that can't travel. I'll rather travel one-two hours than to step foot in that clinic again. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! I've been trying to reach front desk at the family medicine department for over an hour today! Placed 6 calls and was hung up on 5 times! On the 6th they finally answered my call but transferred me to a completely different department instead of transferring me to the nurse!!! And this is not only today-every time I call, I have to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes for somebody to pick up the phone! read more

Appt rescheduled by Dr Templin's office twice. Arrived at appt - 3 minutes late. Stood there waiting to be checked in -- i was first in line and there were 2 ladies not on phone or with other patients- but there seemed to be no urgency to get me checked in. Finally i was called forward... and told I was 7 minutes late and would have to reschedule my appoint. I said i was 3 minutes late -- she said no 7 minutes and there was only a 5 minute window ... So, yes, i was a bit late, but really their own delay in checking me in caused me to loose my time with the doctor. I LIKE Dr Templin - no complaints at all with his care, but I have decided to look for a new primary doctor due to the way they run this business. I will also add this is the first time i've been late for a doctor appt in years. Plus i always have a 10-20 minute wait to get in to see the doctor, so i was so surprised by this. Also, the Walla Walla Clinic Lab is fine, but the Xray department is the worst I've ever encountered. Last time i had a mammogram there i was asked to disrobe IN THE XRAY ROOM with the attendant standing right there -- telling me to hurry up... That was several years ago - now i go to providence for xrays. read more

Awesome care. After being tested repeatedly at Urgent Care with one negative result after another, I got an appointment to the "Cold and Flu Clinic" ( Walla Walla Clinic). Wow! The difference was amazing. Not only did they come up with the problem and administered the tests noticeably differently than the other place but they were determined to figure out the cause of my fevers and to rule-out several other possibilities. I'm so thankful for the Walla Walla Clinic. They did an excellent job taking care of my children too. I can't say enough good things. read more

I really like my primary care physician, Dr. Wagner, but he was out on vacation so I was told to leave a message for the on call physician, Dr. Hogan. I left a message at 8:30am saying my cough was not responding to cough drops, cough medicine, nor even NyQuil, and for the past five days I'd only been getting 3 broken hours of sleep at night such that my cold was not improving and I was exhausted. I hear nothing all day, and then at 4:20 pm I get a call from Dr. Hogan's "assistant" who tells me to go to Urgent Care or the ER. Really? I wait all day to be told that? Why not tell me that at 8:30 that morning as I live in rural Milton Freewater and the roads are icy and treacherous by 4:00pm, not to mention its a 2 hour wait to be seen at Urgent Care and longer at the ER, and they just want to refer you back to your primary care physician. read more

Walla Walla Clinic Dermatology and Dr. Jane Scribner have provided me excellent skin care. Dr. Scribner is very skilled and professional in her approach. She is also a pleasantly approachable person and communicator. Her Nurse Debbie is excellent also. I highly recommend Walla Walla Clinic Dermatology. read more

Very helpful and extremely thorough. The doctor was awesome and took as much time as I needed. Follow up calls were delivered by the doctor which is quite unusual in my experience. I just wish they were closer but well worth the drive. read more

Dr. Jane Scribner is very knowledgeable and an excellent dermatological surgeon. She is friendly and explains the diagnoses and treatment plans thoroughly. Her associates and support staff are great. read more
