I think I'm ready to speak out on my experience with Cynthia Reese at Walla Walla Women's Clinic. I…read moresaw Cynthia Reese on August 4th, 2023. I saw her so that I could have Nexplanon placed in my arm (birth control). I was 16. From the second she walked in the room, I could feel the vibes were off. I was already nervous with going in to get the procedure done by myself. She asked me if I was sexually active, and I answered yes. She then asked me if I was on any birth control. I said no. She then proceeded to berate me on how inappropriate it is to have unprotected sex. Which, at the time, I didn't understand that condoms were considered "birth control methods," so of course I answered no. When really, I was having protected sex with the usage of condoms. She continued to talk down to me, and she made me feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable. When it was time to place the Nexplanon and she inserted the lidocaine injection, I winced. She then proceeded to say, "That's not even the hard part," in an irritated tone. Basically saying that I needed to toughen up. I left there in TEARS. I never forgot that experience. Now, flash forward to today, I had to get my Nexplanon taken out because of bad side effects. It took over an hour to get it out because of how deep she had placed it in my arm. I confided in the different doctor that I had seen today and told him about my experience with her. He was shocked at my story and had told me to be cautious about going back to see her ever again because of how incorrectly she inserted my Nexplanon years ago. Like, I'm not even kidding you, this doctor spent 45 minutes digging deeper and deeper into my arm to retrieve the old Nexplanon. The procedure should have taken 20 minutes MAX. Not to mention the IMMENSE pain I was in as he had to pull tissue by tissue out of my arm, and cut deeper and deeper into my arm. But he was incredibly kind and supportive, so that helped. So I guess what I am trying to get across here is that it doesn't matter how your day is, or how upset you are on that day, you should ALWAYS treat every patient with kindness and respect and have empathy. Just as you would like for others to treat you. I hope others have had better experiences with her. But if you plan to get Nexplanon placed by Cynthia Reese, I highly recommend that you choose another provider to do the procedure. She caused me a very traumatic experience today, even 3 years later, because of her negligence when she placed my Nexplanon. To you, Cynthia, I hope you work on your empathy, and I hope that whatever was upsetting you that day has come to a resolve so that you never treat one of your patients like that ever again. Much love, Ainsley.

There are not many options for great medical care in Walla Walla, so I was surprised when this…read moreclinic had no wait list. But I quickly learned exactly why there is no wait to get in here. Even just using urgent care as your PCP will be better for you. I certainly got much better care at the urgent care than at Heritage clinic. I had extremely low expectations, and even then was blown away at how terrible my overall, months long experience was here. On my first visit, Morasch called me 'Princess' and told me I didn't look autistic, which should have been the red flag of all red flags, but I was desperate. One can not "look" autistic, that is not a thing, not to mention that no middle aged woman wants to be called princess by your medical provider, how condescending. He had me come in every 4 weeks for several months, but I noticed that I was just going in to hear him talk about himself and not at all about any of my actual medical concerns. I was repeatedly dismissed and he just talked over me the entire visits. I got to hear a story about his friends Yacht and about what kind of wine he likes, but he didn't ever say much about why I was actually there. Once I realized he had no actual intent in doing his job as a medical provider, I started questioning why I needed to come in so frequently and wasn't given a clear answer, other than for SSRI's. No other doctor in the past has made me come in that frequently for a low dose non habit forming medication. In the few months I was a patient there, they canceled THREE separate appointments last minute and tried to reschedule them for times I couldn't make. My appointments needed to be postponed until the "Dr." was back from vacation, which resulted in my prescriptions just going unfilled. I was back and forth with my pharmacy and with the clinic and it took several weeks to get my prescriptions finally filled and this happened MULTIPLE times. Every single time I needed refills, it was the same thing. His lack of response and action caused me to withdraw from SSRI's (that I've been on for years prior) three separate times, which really affected my life and caused my medications to no longer work for me. I asked him to sign an accommodations request for my job due to this greatly affecting me, and he refused, instead signing a paid leave form, which my work would not accept for my type of accommodation request. I ended up having to quit my job that I'd had for a year and a half, directly because of the absolute lack of care I received from this clinic. Luckily, my OBGYN has heard all of the horror stories about Dr. Morasch and was happy step in as an interim PCP until I could get into another PCP with an 8 month wait. Well, the wait was well worth it and it's nice to have a PCP who actually listens and refills your medications in a timely manner. Don't bother even trying this clinic out, you will regret it.

This "clinic" is a joke. Don't even waste your time attempting to make an appointment if you're a…read more"new patient". I wholeheartedly understood that it would take a few months to be seen by their "family doctors", but when I was told they only had 3 available doctors taking new patients I was perfectly fine with the schedule to wait. Then the receptionist tells me which doctor I wanted and mentioned Dr. Wagner as a first option so I opt that my two kids and I be seen by Dr. Wagner. Then here's the catch: the receptionist asks you a bunch of MEDICAL questions and current meds you're on and Dr. Wagner will then "DECIDE" if he will see us?! WHAT IN THE HEALTH CARE WORLD?! I was shocked by her statement and received a call two days later saying that Dr. Wagner decline to "care" or see my kids and I. BRAVO, DR. WAGNER! I bet denying and getting to pick and chose who you want to see makes you feel better about yourself as a practicing doctor who took the Hippocratic oath LIKE ALL DOCTORS DO and now that you're a "big time Dr" in a small town that oath DOES NOT apply to you. This clinic and how they run is truly unbelievable! They called me a few days later REPEATEDLY to let me know another available doctor in their clinic is willing to see me and my children. YEAH.....NO! You may think you are the "it" clinic in WW, but I managed to get myself and my children a good family doctor in WW and could care less about you offering up your next doctor. Walla Walla clinic I truly appreciate the laughs. Now from what I'm reading, Dr. Wagner isn't that great of a doctor anyway so, thank you for denying myself and my two children care! The grass IS IN FACT greener on the other side, folks! Don't settle for WW clinic and their bs stipulations or being "judged" by a Dr before being seen and waiting to see if a doctor will deny or approve to see you!! There are PLENTY OF doctors in WW that are better and not part of this bs scheme WW clinic has enforced! Just do your research and you'll find a fabulous doctor like I have!

You guys. My…read moredaughter has been having low energy for a while, I simply attributed it to being a middle schooler and hormones. School has been out for a week now and my daughter is still very tired, very low energy. I was talking to my aunt about it and she mentioned I should take her to get checked out because it could be something else. I panicked and wanted to take her somewhere that very moment. We drove to the Kadlec Urgent Care Clinic on Clearwater near Winco and thankfully were seen within minutes upon arrival. Laura ARNP came in to examine her and listened to my concerns. I felt heard and understood in my plight to find out how my daughter was doing. Laura ordered some tests and one of which was a blood draw. Mind you, my daughter is not excited about blood draws and has high anxiety around needles. A kind, patient and soft spoken male phlebotomist by the name of Brett introduced himself to my daughter and could visibly see she was upset and tense. He proceeded to speak gently to her and did not rush her at any point in time with anything he was going to do to check her blood. Brett listened to her, helped her understand the process and even worked through with her her concerns and how he hopes to help get the bloodwork they needed. After what seemed to be forever, I thought we were going to be asked to leave because she wasn't cooperating and tears still flowed. In comes a smiley Stacee who introduced herself and also sincerely wanted to help my daughter. My daughter was still anxious but with the duo of Brett and Stacee, she was coming around. They even made her laugh a few times, even though my daughter stayed a tough cookie and resorted back to being upset and scared. Laura came back in to help make sure we got the bloodwork - not by force by any means, but with a caring authority to make sure we can help find out what is wrong with my daughter and get her on the road to good health. As soon as the needle was in to obtain the blood work, my daughter calmed down greatly and realized everything was fine. YOU GUYS.. they accomplished an incredible feat and I couldn't be more happy that we came to them. I'm a worried momma, my daughter is not feeling 100% and these three helped us to the road to good health in a great manner with care and concern. I'm so happy to have met these three today and I wish them all great and wondrous things for the future. My daughter is going to be feeling better soon and I owe it to them for their fortitude, perseverance and care.
