On September 20, 2021, I contracted with this company to build an outdoor kitchen for $56,000. I paid the full amount in good faith. The project started off well but was never completed. By the end of 2022, work slowed significantly and eventually stopped. I was told there were personal circumstances, which I respected, but over time communication stopped completely. Throughout 2023, I made multiple attempts to reach out by phone, text, and email with no response. Due to the lack of completion, I had no choice but to hire another contractor, which cost me an additional $22,000 out of pocket to finish the project. There were also issues with the original work that required further repairs. In 2025, we met and a written agreement was signed for repayment. Some payments were made initially, but communication stopped again and payments have not continued.
