Since day one they have taken beyond excellent care of my 50 lb boxer mix, Sophie. A rescue, Sophie suffers from separation anxiety and can be uneasy around strangers or dogs she is not familiar with. Liz and Mia take all my concerns into consideration, and ensure her safety on each and every walk. My dog is my whole world, and Liz and Mia care for her as deeply as I do. Mia and Liz are beyond dependable and are both readily available for updates on Sophie's walk or to address any issues or concerns that may arise. About a week before leaving for the holidays, we called Lissette and she happily agreed to watch our two cats. A few days into our trip, something came up that made us extend. No problem, a quick text to Lissette and she assured us that all is taken care of. Our cats even ran out of food during the trip. Instead of having to order a bag online and have it shipped, Lissette went to the exact pet store we fequent and get the exact same bag of food we feed our cats. One thing I really liked about her services, beside the crazy affordable rate, was that she requested payment at the end of the service. She wanted to make sure we were happy with her feeding, litter clean-up, etc. Additonally, my cats are very shy. I warned her that she may not see either of them for a few days. Well, 2 days into her stopping over, both I received a photo of both cats cuddling up to Lissette! Oh, and she offers to take in your mail, newspaper, and any other normal house sitting services that I did not expect from a pet sitter!
