There are a few wooden chairs and picnic tables to sit at both in a covered area and out in the sunshine. No concessions, but sometimes an ice cream truck parks nearby. There are lifeguards but I do not know what their hours are. Definitely a cute little place to read a book or take the kids on a nice afternoon! Parking is $5

Easy boardwalks lead you directly to the beach and the lifeguards will watch you and yours while swimming on the waves. I want to give a special shoutout to those serving as lifeguards- during our last visit, the rip current was quite strong. Strong enough to overwhelm at least a few swimmers who were struggling to get back to shore. Within seconds, the guards sprang into action and with incredible action, saved those swimmers and got them back to shore safe and sound. On a quick walkthrough, I noticed how beautifully it was decorated, and the staff I met were so friendly. Even from the picnic area, we could hear and enjoy the live music, which was such a fun bonus. I was also surprised to see their full volleyball tournament setup--it turns out a friend of mine was even competing that same day! That means take your trash with you. There is no one here to pick up your garbage. Keep the beach clean. Also, there is a big un-written rule, you see someone get stuck, offer to help them out.
