As with most things Dutch, it's the experience that matters. Troost has wonderful wooden seating outside, all freshly handmade, and shiny new, with heating. Speaking of beers, they brew inside the restaurant. You can actually see the brewing operation. There are 9 brews on tap and some other options as well, including wines and liquors. Troost has gone full vegetarian on their burgers and this was the first time in my life I tasted that vegetarian burger replacements have a future. Texture and flavours were spot on. Wouldn't mind coming back for the burgers and will accept that the beers are not as I would like them.
