Super hostile with an overbearing 'teacher'…read more I had a scheduled facial here but left before the service started and did not proceed with the appointment. The intake process felt disorganized and unclear. There were multiple staff involved (including a supervising instructor and a student and others), but communication was indirect and not clearly explained at the start. I was asked for basic information through multiple people instead of being addressed directly, which made the check-in feel awkward and unstructured. None of this was communicated before hand. Facials are quite direct and a comfortable experience for a client. The environment felt uncoordinated and not what I expected based on the booking and messaging beforehand, so I chose to leave and forfeit the deposit.

It was so amazingly organized and well put together, but these past months I have gone I don't get the same customer service as I used to and the lady never greets me and other people from what I have seen. The store is supper unorganized now and so much lashes are not in stock like they used to like the ioni collection which are favorite. Alot of product is never in stocked when I go. I wish they can at least train the workers to be at their fullest potential and be friendly. My favorite workers there when I would go all the time was genesis and another girl who had really pretty lashes all the time who I never see anymore. Both are the sweetest most amazing workers who always made my shopping amazing.

We were looking for birthday gifts for a Hello Kitty obsessed tween. This place did not disappoint- there were so many options to choose from, from makeup, to purses, bracelets, nail gems, face products, even sleeping masks. Everything is reasonably priced- not too cheap, not too expensive. I came back again for another Hello Kitty obsessed tween, but there are so many other cosmetic products to choose from. Definitely coming back again. Note: you may not be able to find them on Google or Google maps, but they have plenty to show on their IG account.

I never felt rushed and really appreciated how informative and professional she was. Alexa, the office manager, was also so kind and generous. She offered me a complimentary facial, which was such an unexpected and appreciated treat! And my esthetician was absolutely amazing! She was warm, friendly, and made the entire experience so relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, informative, and genuinely caring. The level of customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. And the best part? I came home and my boyfriend immediately noticed that my skin looked extra good. That's when you know the facial did its job! I'm so glad I found Skin Perfect Whittier and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals and a welcoming, personalized experience.

I arrived at the store at 4 pm (30 minutes ago!) and they were CLOSED. No hours of operation were posted on their storefront, their website, and weren't even available through their phone number. So I gave them a call and left a scathing message about their inability to hold up their part of the bargain. I am ANGRY that they wasted my time and money through their DISHONESTY. Isn't the whole point of them teaming up with Groupon to gain new clientele? Well, guess what? They just lost out because of their extreme UNPROFESSIONALISM.
