I called my insurance and they confirmed that the information that I had was accurate. When I called back, the CVS told me there was nothing that I could do, but I could try a three-way call with my insurance company and them. Why they can't just call my insurance company to figure it out between themselves, they wouldn't say. Instead they just told me they'd release the prescription so that I could have my doctor send it to Walgreens and fill it there, as if there isn't a shortage of this prescription and as if that would happen quickly. What a frustrating waste of time.

So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. I thought I would go to the store to return my blue ray and get the special dinner but store after store was closed after driving around for a half hour so I thought I would go to Walmart because I have never seen it closed, it was closed and I just don't remember all the stores being closed Xmas. I remember the Walgreens commercial saying that they are open on Xmas and I don't use Walgreens all that much so I got on my phone and searched Walgreens/red box and sure enough there is such an animal out there so I went over. Jack pot there was a red box with two check out screens on the outside which is open 24/7 365 and the store was open.
