She also disclaimed any responsibility for past actions of the pharmacy since she had not been there. So in the end, I waited three months as directed by this place twice to learn: 1. My prescription was no longer valid, 2. My doctor needs to submit a new prescription, and 3. Even if I followed this new information, the pharmacy still could not obtain the medicine I need.
