I felt completely strung along when he asked me to keep calling back to check if my medication had been sent in, then in the end he said he wouldn't order it and fill the medication because my insurance wouldn't pay him as much as he would like. That was not the case when I went to Walgreens, despite the fact that I had been going to them for 15 years and for the entire time I got the same medications every month. Suddenly they not only never had those medications when it came time for my refill, but the people at the front - nice as they were - never knew when (or if) that medication was going to be coming in. Isaac is efficient and makes sure he has his customers' prescriptions every month so we don't have to run all over town trying to find a pharmacy carrying the medications we need. That was a black hole I never want to go down again. And with Isaac I'm not going to have to because I don't go to him for empathy, I go to him for medications and he makes sure he has what I need in stock. And every month I get exactly what I need, efficiently and politely, my medications. If Roxi wants empathy or friendship from her pharmacist, I suggest she go to a psychotherapist for the empathy and get her medications from a big pharmacy. They won't necessarily have the medications she needs in stock, but she's unlikely to expect empathy from them. So she probably won't leave a terrible review, chewing them out for not being what they're not supposed to be.

Prices are fair, I have been a customer of CVS for literally 35 plus years and we get their promotional coupons in the mail. Comes very handy on a BIG purchase. When it was time to check out, I had to wait in line, because the cashier was M.I.A. Once he returned, he didn't even acknowledge me by saying hello or something.. They were about to close, so I browsed the isles to see if I could find anything else. I got 2 beautiful, festive, Christmas oval shaped paper plates that came in count of 8 in each pack. Was on sale for $2.39 for each pack. Original price was $4.78. So I grabbed them. Also, got 2 Twix candy bars. Was also on sale; 2 for $2.50. Opened one and inhaled it w/out chewing first:-)) not joking! Employees were tired, I guess it was the end of their day, and they were in a hurry to go home. Raven was my cashier, rang me up, and I was the last customer to leave the store. They close at 10pm. Store was clean, except the bathroom. Toilet was not flushed, small little toilet papers were here and there, and the trash was pretty full. All of the isles were nicely stocked, items facing us, and a lot of sale items for the Holidays. The store is spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. I like that they have self-checkout kiosks and that the products aren't locked up - it makes shopping so much more convenient. And there's plenty of parking, which is always a bonus in Studio City.

From picking up medication, to dropping off prescriptions, consulting information pertaining to any type of medication, or issues/allergies, side affects. They are hands on and SPOT ON! I even got flu/shingles shots and they work like a PRO! They are fast, quick, nice, patient, helpful,professional,efficient, courteous, and they all work hard to satisfy everybody's needs. Not trying to sell stuff, not trying to get us out of there so she can get on to other things... just personable and knowledgeable and hands-on, taking the time to test some product on my wife. I've never been in a Sephora or a Sally Beauty Supply and don't want to go to one... they seem kind of "chain". And after running into Devon today and seeing all the cool, fun, professional, "industry" stuff they have to offer, will never go anywhere else.
