Stopped here for travel toiletries and snacks. Oh! And the restroom :) The restroom is locked; ask an associate for the code. Snacks....plentiful although some shelves looked a little empty as if they were about to restock. I didn't see any Pepsi products so I opted for a Coke and Sprite. I did find some Mielle hair oil that I hadn't seen before... needed that! And I'm glad they sell travel size toothpaste and deodorant. read more

Stopped in to pick up some makeup and shampoo. Was surprised to find out they have a beauty consultant! Anna was fantastic. She helped me pick out shades of lipstick that worked with my skin tone. And one that didn't work after I purchased it and tried it on, she let me return for a different color. That's customer service! Store was well stocked, clean and organized. I can't speak to the pharmacy as I didn't use their services. Plenty of parking in their private lot. read more

If you got medication that needs refilled even if you submit the request early good luck on getting it refilled. Needed my epilepsy medication and of course said they were still working on my prescription which I submitted a week in advance. They do more talking instead of actually helping the patient. And the one lady with glasses acted like I had no insurance. Which I do through my employer I don't even care if my medication gets a discount it's not worth it at all. read more

.I have never felt more disrespected and unwelcome in a store in my entire life. There were 4 employees that were there when I came in to drop off a FedEx package. The young man I came in contact with first was the nicest to me (I didn't get his name) but he was working the front counter. He carried my package back for me because I was struggling due to having Cerebral Palsy. At the FedEx station was a young woman who informed me that she needed a QR code that I unfortunately wasn't able to get but there was a young man standing with her not only poking fun at me for struggling but also how I walk. The young man with her was kind enough to bring me a cart to take my package to my car but as I walked to the front where the young woman, the young man, and another young woman were I again was greeted with stares and snarky comments about my walking and the fact that I was struggling to remove the item from the cart. Thankfully the first young man I met when first arriving was kind enough to get it out and take it to my car for me. I truly appreciate that young man that did help me because if he hadn't I would have fallen and gotten hurt. Needless to say I personally will NEVER return to this particular Walgreens again. read more

This place is so frustrating! I have been using this pharmacy since April when we move here and every single time they say it isn't ready yet then give me a time of 30mins to 1 hour wait, only to find out that the next day it still has not been filled. I understand businesses get busy but if that's the case then be honest with the customer. read more

OMG this place needs more help. It is very sickening waiting in line at the pharmacy. I think I have wasted at least an eighth of a tank waiting in line outside. We're from out of town having surgery. The surgery center told us to take the prescription to this pharmacy and come right back. Although the pharmacy doesn't open for a 1/2 hour, the pharmacist came out to talk to me. Great right, this review started out at 5 Stars for customer service. Then I was told I can't drop off the prescription until they open. Although she was standing right in front of me. So now I get to go back to the surgery center and some time later I'll have to come back, out in my prescription and wait around for it to be filled. 5 Stars for customer service attitude just went to 1 Star. Way to go Walgreens. read more

The pharmacy @ Walgreens, Isn't the most friendliest place to get your medications. There are a few people that work there that act like your wasting there time going there. Very rude! I dropped off my perception the girl takes it from me, looks at me blank. I said to to her will you guys be calling me when my perception is in. She say just (rudely like I'm stupid) our automated system will get ahold of you. I said OK. I stood there for a few seconds like she might tell me more. Nope I felt stupid and walked away. 1 and half days later still no automated phone call. I called them a man answered I told him I haven't heard back from them to see if my pills came in. Told him my name. He then rudely says mam it can take 48 hours before you get a call from our automated system. But it's here!! (Wtf, call if there in!! is your job that hard to make a FRIENDLY phone call to say there in!) . I was like OK thank you, He hung up. I hate that I'm stuck getting my pills from there. And everyone I talk to says they don't get there medications there for the same reason.. read more

There are several pharmacies here in The Dalles, but Walgreens is the best by far! Folks are so nice and helpful, selection is great, and the lines are never too long! And the automated email reminder and text system for prescriptions work like a dream! Thank you! read more
