They also have deals often and can send coupons and what not. The staff is very very friendly, but sometimes it can get annoying when 4 people ask you the same thing a few minutes after each other, nothing serious though, I just smile and say thank you and keep moving. I definitely will come back and get more stuff to keep smelling fresh!

Great deal! Plus, they had drawings for gift cards every 15 minutes. No, I didn't win anything, which is weird because I'm usually pretty lucky. Ah well. I was surprised by JCPenney's selection of stylish clothing because the store itself is so old. There was a line for the fitting rooms and some of the interior decor seems outdated. I can't remember the last time I bought clothes there, if ever. I think it is wonderful that JCPenney provided this opportunity for FSU students. It was a great idea because now I know they have some cute, professional clothing and I will likely return to buy more.

As new customers with valid cards and prescriptions, we had questions because the information we needed was not available on the website. Since we couldn't reach anyone by phone, we went into the store to ask about tinctures and options for daytime pain relief. Unfortunately, the staff was aggressive, rude, and arrogant. Two gentlemen immediately snapped at us and tried to separate us before we even had the chance to explain what we were looking for. We are completely new and were simply trying to learn. There is nothing wrong with asking questions or sitting together while discussing products before making a purchase. Instead of guidance, we were treated with hostility. It was by far the worst customer service experience we've had, and we left without buying anything. There are plenty of other places in Tallahassee and surrounding areas that are willing to answer questions and treat customers with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, this was not one of them.
