This is regarding the pharmacy here. The staff is rude and condescending. This is probably my fourth negative experience here at the pharmacy. Publix has been my go-to Supermarket for a long time now. It's been probably close to 20 years that I moved to the South East, Florida to be exact, and discovered the wonder of the supermarket known as Publix. Publix puts a strong emphasis on customer service. In addition to that, Publix is known for their great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and of course they're great Subs, affectionately known as Pub Subs. Being from New Jersey, I had first found it strange that the best subs in Florida or from a supermarket, but now I truly get it. My only complaint about this particular location is that it has self-serve checkout Lanes. I find it a little odd that a company that focuses so much on customer service has decided to put self checkout lanes when there are thousands of memes complaining about Walmart's decision to to the self-checkout. I do recommend a visit here. If you weren't familiar with Publix, you will see why they should be your go-to for supermarkets. read more

Let's not forget that this Publix location, aka Club Pub, was nationally ranked in Playboy Magazine as one of the top ten places to meet someone. (Let's take a moment to digest this phenomenon) Moving on, this is your run-of-the-mill Publix. Taking into consideration what I mentioned earlier, this place gets packed. Especially Sunday nights. Which, of course, by coincidence, was when I happened to go last. The standard BOGO deals are generally in tact and the produce seems relatively fresh. But I'd much rather shop at the Lake Ella, Governor's Crossing or Mahan Village location. The frat/sorority life was never my thing in college. The older I get, the less patience I have for gold watches, formal t-shirts and bro hugs. I wish I was exaggerating, but sometimes the shoppers get in the way of shopping. It's Publix Enough said ! Always great place to go for anything your stomach desires ! You have to try their deli at least once in your life and this specific Publix Deli does a good job keeping up with is huge amount of customers at lunch time! I usually order ahead online and pickup my sub while getting groceries to not waste time in the long lines. The upside is that it's so convenient but if you wait to long you sub may get soggy if you have any wet info like oil and vinegar. They do also press the subs which in my opinion makes them taste even better and adds a nice crunch to the buns! Service all over the store is helpful and the flyers right by the entrance are a must have for shopping throughout the week while saving a bit of dime! Don't forget to ask you cashier and baggers about their day because they are fun to talk to also!!! read more

So... I go here all the time, order all the time. However today I ordered a pubsub, when i arrived it wasn't ready so I waited 10 mins and asked if it was ready. The rude publix worker said "does it look ready. Can you see OBVIOUSLY we are busy" she could have been way nicer. Publix always has what I need! When I started getting my WIC, it was so much easier to get the stuff from here than Walmart. Publix is one of those stores you will always miss when you move to a state that doesn't have one like Virginia. I was so happy to move back to Florida just to shop here again! Standard fare, nothing special. Always a little on the crowded, specially in the afternoons and weekends. Parking is nutty here though. Since it's right across a student housing complex, that intersection can get congested and traffic backed up going south in on Ocala. It's nestled amongst such others as Panera, Plato's Closet, GNC, and more PLUS right next to a Walgreens....all in all kinda a bad combination if you don't like crowds or get nervous parking. This is the FSU campus Publix. It stays packed with students and locals alike. I believe there is an internet café upstairs. I ranked this Publix location 5 stars because it's clean, has ample parking, is larger than other typical Publix locations and has my Rx meds at deeply discounted prices! I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy location and found the pharmacy staff to be very helpful and friendly. I decided to go all in by registering for the Publix on-line coupons and created an on-line pharmacy account. I normally do not sign up on-line for anything but I figured Publix deserves a large degree of my brand loyalty since they do soooo much for me and the community as a whole. Thanks Publix! read more

I'm so biased to this Publix, going here for four years has spoiled me greatly. Not only is this the Publix that famous Jameis got caught at, it's the Publix that was named best place to meet someone by Playboy! Whenever you come here know that there will always be good looking guys and girls trying to shop and mingle. This Publix is always busy and bustling especially during the weekends and during tailgate season. Some of my favorite associates are David, Kaycee, Omar, and Lucy! We ordered a 1/2 sheet cake and we specifically asked and paid for fresh strawberries filling. Instead of fresh strawberries, the cake was filled with glazed strawberries . That's very bad business. I will tell all my friends and families to not ever order cakes from this place again. read more

Enterprise Alabama pharmacy is horrible. It took 10 days to get my prescription and only after I called and requested it. My doctor's office sent in request and I had to follow up to get filled. When I requested a refill it took 2 days and again, I had to call and follow up. This occurred not only to me, but my wife as well. I spoke to an associate there and she said they've been extremely busy, but when I told her this has occurred several times with my family she had no explanation. So this past summer I had my service dog with me shopping in Publix at Ocala Corners, which I've done countless of times before, and the managers followed me around and harassed me telling me I have to leave because she cannot be in the store with me. As I'm shopping this evening I noticed a girl with her dog walking on a leash. I stopped her and asked her if management (who I saw standing across from me smiling) if they told her what they told me. She said no and that they looked at her but continued what they were doing. She also informed that her dog is her service animal as well. Now, I don't want to assume that it is because I am a women of color and that she was Caucasian, but I'd like to know why all of a sudden it's not "illegal" for her to have her service animal? Because when I had mine they were extremely rude and disgusting. read more

Club Publix is a pleasure almost every time. Besides the convince of having one in every neighborhood, I especially like the nice attendants that go around asking if you need anything with a nice smile. Rarely do I leave this store without exactly what I want. Only downside would be their wine collection, but because of location I understand it's limitations. Produce is the best of any other grocery store. Lastly, checkout is fairly quick. No matter the time of day or the length of lines, checkout is fast. read more

This has been my main hub for groceries for the past 5 years. It is definitely the college hotspot for grocery shopping. They have all of your usual publix shopping items: produce, deli, fish counter, meats, pre-packaged foods, prepared foods, and more. My favorite section is the prepared foods section. They have a selection of Chinese foods, a hot bar with items such as mac and cheese and fried chicken, and most importantly Pub Subs! There is always a huge line for Pub Subs, since they are so popular amongst us 20 something year olds. I would highly suggest ordering it ahead of time. When you do this it's ready for you in a separate section when you arrive. You can quickly grab it, pay, and get out. Other than the prepared foods section, my main reason for choosing publix as my main shopping destination is their BoGo deals. I can seriously buy almost all my groceries focusing solely around what is on BoGo, and still have balanced meals. Great way to shop on a budget! read more

Take a trip down memory lane by visiting the seafood department and retrace those infamous steps. ;) This is a massively sized Publix - I suspect tipping the square footage scales at the 60,000 mark. At times, one gets the sense that the entire FSU, FAM' & TCC student body is in here. Nonetheless, the store is generally "Publix-clean" and seldom feels understaffed. Good wine/cheese selection, expectedly stocked sushi/sashimi section. "Ethnic aisle" more diverse than your basic Publix, which goes to follow given the colleges in town. I've seen Nightclubs in town get less traffic. But it is filled with a friendly staff, and great for people watching. This location has an Asian Food hot bar, a sushi bar, and a sub station. It also has a wide selection of prepared produce. Honestly this store is a college student's dream. Beer, food, snacks, quick meals. Toss in a good pharmacy and I can see why people frequent it. That being said I prefer Lake Ella or even the Thomasville Road location. read more

Shopping is definitely a pleasure at this Publix. I come here whenever I need grocery, as does nearly every student from the surrounding universities. And that has to be one of the major drawbacks to this particular location. This Publix had been appropriately dubbed "Club Pub" and is the only Publix where I've ever been hit on while I'm at the deli or deciding what cereal I want. I don't understand what it is, but sometimes if I'm just not in the mood to deal with the crowds, I'll go to the one on Park Street, which is less crowded and has a more suburban atmosphere. That said, it's most crowded between noon and 10 PM but more reasonable anytime before or after that. The produce section is excellent, and always has fresh fruit and veggies, and the Greenwise selection is significantly better than at most Publix I've been to. However, I've recently fallen in love with Chobani Greek yogurt, and to my dismay, have yet to see it at this Publix location. They have them at the Publix in the surrounding areas, but not this one for some reason. I find it very strange and disappointing. The place is always clean, the parking lot is never overrun with carts and the staff are polite and helpful when you can't seem to find what you're looking for. Tried the To Go Chinese Food Deli, it was edible, but not the best. Was very disappointed, figured since it was a Publix, the quality of the brand would be there, but it wasn't. They do serve huge portions, so if you like medicore Chinese food, this is a good deal for $7.99. I'll have to stick to Publix deli delicious subs. This was a waste of money. I ordered a cake for my husband's birthday. On the phone, I specifically told the girl I talked to how to spel his name about 5 times to make sure they got it right. When I got to pick it up, his name was misspelled so I asked them to correct it. I didn't check again because, well, it's Publix. Publix is usually so great. I get it home and you can clearly see they just smeared off the last letter and didn't try to cover up the imprerf at all. Now when you spend almost $30 on a cake, you expect it to be good quality. The store is clean, and it is easy to navigate and find things. It is never very crowded when I go, and the employees are always friendly and willing to help. Their prices are a little higher than some grocery stores, but they will often have deals and promotions which are pretty good. I went into Publix last night. I like the fact that there is some police presence at all times there. The store is always clean. I can't get enough all the pretty ladies walking around. The only thing I didn't like was that the lines were a bit backed up. Then again it's like that in the Publix next to the university. The shelves were neat and tidy. This Publix location in Tallahassee stays busy. Very Very Very busy. This publix location sits across from FSU. Even though its busy I find it stocked with the foods for me and my family. Student grocery shopping for a dorm is totally different from a person shopping for a house hold. If you can bare the crowd I say go. Even with the crowd there are plenty of lanes open. read more

Great supermarket and friendly service! Pretty has everything you need, want, and can ask for in a supermarket. So what sets it apart from your Pathmarks, Walmarts, Winn Dixies, etc., is the service.
