I have never gone in and not been asked if I needed help, and if I say "no, I'm just looking," they'll leave you be unless you need help. Sure, it can get busy and make it hard to maybe flag someone down, but that isn't their fault for being amazing and having tons of customers. I'll be in full beat, they'll help me and be nice. I'll be in nothing and a greasy bun, they'll help me and be nice. I've never had an issue. They'll even go in the back and check for items or try to help me find the perfect products when asked. Getting samples is super easy too, just ask and they're always friendly. I've even had a mini facial there by one of the sweetest employees, she went all out! I was trying to create a really good skin care routine and she did the whole nine yards- cleanser my face with the Clarisonic (it was sterilized), mask, toner, serum, moisturizer, treatment, eye cream- and explained everything. I was literally just doing research and she was totally down to help me and gave me samples. I went back and purchased a lot of her recommendations because of that session. Beyond that, the selection is pretty great. Sure, popular items (like a lot of Fenty because Rihanna is amazing) sell out but the stock is usually pretty stellar. They can even have you purchase in store and send it to your home for free if your not a flash delivery person (which if you order from Sephora at least two or three times a year, and would rather just be able to not go to the store and order even one cheap item and have it deliver free in two days, you should get flash delivery). The rewards system is not my favorite- Ulta allows your points to turn into money discounts- but they are definitely improving with the recent revamp.
