Pretty nice Walgreens. It was located directly across the street from our hotel, which was awesome, as we were able to buy sundries, souvenirs, and other small things here. The first night, we stopped by and I purchased Silk almond milk for the room and some snacks, including an ice cream sandwich (yum!). The second time, my friend was looking for some souvenirs as well as a beach hat and a towel. I used the bathroom two times here, as well, and it was clean. Most unorganized pharmacy service ever.. Very long wait for meds.. They don't know what they're doing. Very arrogant smug and indifferent pharmacy staff, including the pharmacy supervisor Carly. They don't pay attention to the customer and walk away from the register when you go up to get meds, and then ignore you.. It's happened too many times. No customer service what so ever, and no one cares..I even call corporate to make a formal complaint as this behavior is totally unacceptable..Spoke to store manager Eddie who seems to care, but. I don't think anything will change as it's been a year for me and it's the same terrible service. Changing pharmacy as soon as possible.. This Walgreens has an odd mix of employees. Some are wonderful and try to help you. The problem is with the pharmacy. Most people who work there have a very bad attitude. Maybe it's because the people that frequent the store can be difficult. But the pharmacy personnel should learn how to handle that. I would have given this Walgreens another two stars if not for the bad attitude of the people in the pharmacy. They are not helpful and seem like they really don't want to be there. I have learned to avoid this store where possible. read more

0 regarding pharmacy employees, esp. Adriana - terrible attitude. I have been waiting 4 days for prescriptions to be filled, they keep telling me the lwrong info. People at the front register don't speak English; I have come in here every day on my vacation and it's been a nightmare. Currently trying to return something and they cannot figure out how to do it, so I'm just waiting while he yells at the screen and does everything over for the 6th time. No one knows where anything is located. I ordered contact lens online to be picked up at the store; even though it was delivered, they told us it wasn't there.. I called customer service; they said it was delivered. I got it refunded to avoid going back again. The manager is very nice but everyone else needs some serious training. read more

Aw, terrible experience. Sad face. Probably the very first time I've ever given 1 star! Pharmacy staff (Mary) is very unhappy with her job or perhaps is overwhelmed and over worked, not sure. Dropped off my prescription to get it transferred from out of state (Colorado)to this location. Dropped off in the morning, provided phone numbers and contact details of my previous pharmacy, phoned my previous pharmacy in Colorado to give them a heads-up just to be proactive. I come back to pick it up and Mary informed me that they couldn't get through the line?? Never attempted a different number just settled with the fact that they "couldn't get thru" and advised me to go up the road to another Walgreens. What??? Ummm Ok. So I dial THE SAME NUMBER I provided to Mary and got thru just fine. Ugh. I'm now walking in to the other Walgreens they've sent me to on Biscayne...did this whole song and dance again and this Walgreens has me in and out within 9minutes! Effortless and pain free! Honestly I feel like in store pick up for online orders it's a BIG PROBLEM for them, because every time I try to pick my package they ALWAYS tell me its not delivered yet, even when the tracking number says it's delivered. Can you hire people who can read? I literally was 30 min ago in the walgreens the girl was very rude " JUST WAIT TILL You GET THE EMAIL" I drive home and I get the email!???? Seriosly? Walgreens? Fedex delivered the package at 3pm, and at 11:30pm you tell me it's not delivered so I drive home and at 12:00 am I get email for confirm pick up! It's not the first time, I'm so shocked even managers are being scared of proceeding online orders, get them trained and stop losing people's time!!! read more

Very disappointing service in this Pharmacy. I feel even giving one star is too much for them. We do not live in Florida but we come here for couple of months during the winter season and it is amazing how they treat their clients in here. You call to refill medication using the automated service, the computer give you a set time the next day to pick up the medication, you go and stand in a very long line as the service is so slow and you reach your destination!!!! to be surprised your medicine have been refilled. No attempt is made to call you through a computer service to tell you not to drive not to waste gas!! not to waste time!! inconsiderate.The sad behavior is compounded by that no attempt to call venders to check about these medications, So the next day No Meds, day after No meds!! 5 days till you call to talk to. Pharmacist who lack compassion and understanding that patients are waiting for them to do their job. They forgot the job description of serving patients Not the I don't care attitude I am waiting for the day Amazon take pharmaceutical & we get rid of all the no good Walgreens services read more

This is a weird Walgreens. It gets a lot of young tourists and elderly condo residents. People walking through the store look "lost" and the staff is not helpful. Their attitude seems like "I'm not making much money", so screw the customers. Don't believe the giant Open 24 Hours sign. The pharmacy closes about 8 pm. Parking is bad. When it rains, the lot gets flooded. Walgreen in gereral kinda sucks, but its not as bad as CVS, at least in Sunny Isles. CVS spends about 2 minutes checking your 'rewards card'. This is worse than one star! So I went into this WG and had a very strange experience. Picked up a hand basket in the "Specialty" Cosmetic department, I p/u various items throughout the store and one lipstick in the "regular" isles. I wanted to get some eye drops and the cabinet was locked....really? But yet the WG's brand was readily available. So now WG's is making its consumer purchase their brands, face it not everyone has the time to wait for an employee to come unlock the case. I get to the register and the cashier starts paging the Cosmetic department to come pick up my items and escort me to their department. I asked the cashier why and she could not offer any explanation after being asked several times. Mind you, there was no line where I was. But when I was escorted to Cosmetics I had three people in front of me. So I asked that cashier why I had been escorted and all she could say was "sorry for the inconvenience" and gave me a WG's notepad and a WG's deck of cards...WTF!!! What is this WG's doing? Making their local consumer purchase their items, purchase their specialty cosmetic products. I am seriously not going back there and thinking about going to CVS. read more
