Worst pharmacy in area by far. 20 years now this has been my pharmacy and it was always great. The last two years something changed and it has become the absolute worst! Phone calls to the pharmacy now take on the average 30 plus minutes waiting time and is usually around 50 min for me ( I have photos of screen shots to prove this). The pharmacy techs/pharmacist are now very rude on the phone which is especially unbelievable considering how long you wait just to speak to someone. read more

Worst Walgreens I've ever used. I miss my other one. Since moving I chose this one. Federal highway and cove rd and what a mistake. Delays on everything. The staff is RUDE and doesn't understand we're not pharmacists and/or doctors. They talk to their customers as if they're a nuisance rather than a human being. Every prescription I've sent in to this Walgreens has had an issue. Calling? You be put on hold and no one will come back. 30-40 mins. The pharmacy needs to be cleaned as well. W COVID and the flu is imperative. Don't use Walgreens. Publix is more efficient, quick and friendly. Rude, nasty pharmacists. read more

Horrible. Either their pharmacists don't know how to use the phone or they just hang up every time they ask you to hold. They aren't any better in the store. The records aren't correct. We spent a week trying to get a prescription, they didn't have it and another Walgreens did. They never bothered to send the prescription over. Finally I called the other Walgreens location and that pharmacist called us within minutes and had it ready. It's difficult enough to be in pain without having to go through pharmacists who are rude and unattached. Have your prescription sent someone else unless you like being a human ping pong ball between pharmacies, insurance, and doctors. read more

There's a pharmacy tech I tend to get helped by often-she has glasses, red brown hair, she's tall and slim... poor woman was running around barely with enough time for a pee break and to get a snack... I felt awful. She was so kind and helped me so quickly. She had her snacks in her hand rushing back into the pharmacy area checking in with customers as she passed thru! She's absolutely amazing though I don't remember seeing her tag. She's always kind every time I go, in fact I've never come across a rude employee there. Very disappointed again at this Walgreens store. Received an email And notice on their app that a script was ready to be picked up a couple of days ago. So I was there this morning and was told it had been put back on the shelf already. Are we to run right down to the pharmacy immediately to pick up meds at their convenience or is the customer allowed some leeway and consideration for their time and schedule. I have not had a very good experience with the recent pharmacy technicians and think they need better training. If this situation continues then other pharmacies will be seriously considered for my business! read more

I had an appointment for a Covid-19 booster at another Walgreens in Stuart. That pharmacy was closed and they sent me to this store for my booster. Spoke with a male pharmacy technician who proceeded to tell me I could not prescribe a medication for a clients dog, under their profile, refused to add, a dog profile under their client, and would not fill the medication without having one of our doctors call in the prescription. All of this after being hung up on twice in the span of seven minutes. read more

This store printed my photos badly. Ok, so I have them fix it right? It takes two hours to fix, then when I go back, they're still wrong. Then at another Walgreens they tell me this is a common problem when you upload pictures online, and to simply try to upload them in the store instead. At this Walgreens I spoke with an employee who told me she worked there for eight years, but she didn't know that there was an apparently simple fix? The male pharmacy tech with the "Justin Bieber looks" that's maybe 23 years old is very nasty here. Almost very rude and abrupt and cuts you off as you are speaking. I think he needs a bit of growing up to do, as I've encountered him many times and he is ALWAYS like that! On a positive note, the actual pharmacists and other pharmacy techs that work here are always very nice and helpful!
