This place is disgusting. Bathrooms are so dirty and only cleaned once month, CRAZY. Never have they ever had my prescriptions ready even when i get the notification to come pick it up. I would give this a ZERO rating if possible. I am a provider and tried to call in a prescription and was placed on hold twice. When 'Marla' or some woman who finally answered the phone, she was rude, unprofessional and had the worst customer service. She doesn't seem happy in her job. Rita in the pharmacy is very unprofessional to the point of being abusive. I called due to a problem with my prescriptions. I was on the phone with a very nice woman. She then put me on hold to check the stock of my medication, before dealing with my insurance issue. After being on hold a while, the phone rang again to alert them, and someone named Rita answered. I told her that I was awaiting someone who was helping me previously and she was checking the stock. Rita very rudely and loudly told me they don't just allow people to call and check stock of meds (which is completely understandable), but that wasn't my situation. Without pausing to allow me to explain further, she was trying to quickly belittle and hang up on me. I raised my voice to explain and she finally realized that she was mistaken, so she listened, but continued to be very, very rude. She then told me that I was being argumentative, when I was simply being resistant to her meanness and lack of willingness to listen. She also accused me of filling my prescriptions at two different pharmacies and too soon, before she realized her mistake and the system error. I was being polite and patient, and if Rita would have simply listened to begin with, we wouldn't have had any issues. She did become really, extremely nice after I told her that I'm reporting her to the district manager. I suggest that if you have a problem with her, you should do the same. My meds are mental health meds, and if she does this to the wrong person, she could cause serious harm. There is enough stigma about mental health issues, but taking abuse from a pharmacy like this is absolutely ridiculous. I usually never leave reviews and I never have problems with anyone in life. I'm pretty passive and agreeable. I only wanted to leave this review, because I feel bad for anyone else that Rita verbally assaults. I also see that someone else left a review about her previously. Hopefully Walgreens can get a more professional employee who actually represents their company the way it deserves. read more

They sold me an opened box of zertec D that was taped on the bottom and when I told them that it was opened they called me a lier even though I said I didn't care I was just calling them to inform them that they were selling opened boxes of the medication also 5 were missing but LOL who knows what's going on with them. Definitely my favorite neighborhood drug store. Located on the north east corner of 16 mile and Ryan Rd this Walgreen is my one stop shop for pharmaceutical/cosmetic products/photo processing/stationary and every now and then milk and basic food items. Our Walgreens in Quincy Illinois is the worst Walgreens I have ever been in very rude , poor management ! Horrible experience. The associate, Keitha, was so rude to me. Kept telling me she could not find the box, and telling me to call fedex, but I kept telling her it says it was delivered. She did not even ask me anything just kept saying contact fed ex. And then I asked her to speak to the manager and gave me the same line that she wouldn't be able to find it. The manager, I think her name was Adrena or something, did a half assed job to and didn't even ask any questions to let alone even help me at all. She finally asked me a question oh was it a ship to store. If you hadn't hassled me before we would have saved everybody's time. I use this pharmacy for all my prescriptions. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. At one point I had an issue with my insurance company and they were very diligent in helping me work through the insurance error and obtain the medications I needed. I also enjoy the Walgreens savings card and like that it word with Apple Pay. It's really easy to add coupons to my card and not have sneed to carry paper coupons with me. read more

Store seems clean. Pricing can be confusing not only to customer but to employees. I was going to buy an item that was listed as $6 off regular price but it didn't ring up correctly and cashier had no idea what to do to help me other than suggest that after we completed the transaction I might get a $6 in store coupon. Then proceeded to take a phone call during my transaction. I left without buying anything once she took the phone call and proceeded to help the phone customer while I stood in front of her waiting. read more

Worst experience with a pharmacy ever! Pharmacy tech was very rude. After getting all the way home realized they never gave me my id back. Called 2 times and both tech and pharmacist said they looked in drive thru it wasn't there and were very rude about it. Claimed Must have lost it.Sure enough it was there.
