Zero stars! This is the worst run pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. In 5 years they haven't been able to successfully fulfill a script on time! The staff completely lacks any form of empathy or sympathy for anyone and why they may be there in need. They walk away from you while speaking and use the excuse of them having questions to not fill a script. Meanwhile they don't call or even text with the question they will just wait for the customer to come in thinking they are picking up their script only to be told we will text when it's ready and goodbye we are closing for lunch. I've had instances where it's taken them 2 weeks to get a script and during that time they refuse to call other Walgreens locations to try and Help their incompetence. Go anywhere else for pharmacy needs. Any family run pharmacy will be 100x better customer service. I don't know how anyone still uses them read more

Sebastian Discount Pharmacy is wonderful, but are only open Monday-Fridays. On weekends, I would suggest CVS. Anybody but Walgreens.

I actually got yelled at by a pharmacy rep for me daring to ask why my insurance was not listed on a prescription. Unbelievable that this is how they treat customers. Needless to say, l will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Sad that I have to review a pharmacy to make people aware of the problems. This location is not what I'm used to with Walgreens. We just waited 1 hour in the drive through just to be greeted rudely. They have one person working the drive through and the counter. This is common here. Employees are extremely rude almost every time I've used them. It's bizarre. I gave them a call to check on my medication from my dentist. I sat in the phone for 15mins before someone picked up then sat on for another 15 til someone hung up! I don't know if it was the pharmacy or what but they are horrible when it comes to picking up the phone. I see they have other bad rev also so maybe they need to fix something in there! read more

Scheduled an appointment for a vaccine..30 minutes later.. the person who gave the shot was great.. the customer service staff talks to patients while typing and does not make sure contact. they definitely do not look happy and treat the customer marginally. I have had fairly good experience with the pharmacy tech's in the past. I know they are overworked and underpaid but I had an experience today which I am reviewing about. I needed some information about the cost of a prescription I will need to take in the future and asked her to print out my co pay. She was cold and impersonal almost to the point of being rude. In the future, if she is waiting on customers, I will leave and come back later in less I am in dire need of that rx. They must be desperate to get help by hiring that one, but most have been nice. They are busy and overworked but no excuse. read more

I used to be a Winn Dixie pharmacy customer. The pharmacy closed and all of my prescription information was transferred to this Walgreens. I was in need of two prescriptions so I notified my doctor and received an email stating the refills had been sent to Walgreens. I called this place today and was told there was nothing sent. The pharmacy tech said she sent a request. I went the same evening to see if my rx refills were sent and if so, to pick up. I went to the counter and there I waited. Not one person looked my direction, after a few minutes I was told by a (ha,ha) young lady she'd be right with me, finally. She looked up at me and said "yup" I gave her my last name, and was told nothing was there for me. I explained I received and email from the doctors office, and called earlier in the day and her snarky response was there was nothing there and she walked away. Not a great way to start off with a new customer. I proceeded to leave but went back to get her name. I walked up to the counter and she "yupped" me again! So I responded "yup?" I showed her the email from the doctors office and I told her to check again. Naveah, if you hate your job & working with the general public why are you behind the that counter? You were a smart ass from your first word, to me, "yup." You sounded quite unintelligent, obviously have a very limited vocabulary, have no manners or people skills for that matter. A pimple faced kid. Walgreens, train your employees in customer service!! Employ people with a vocabulary, some manners and people skills at minimum! Moving on up to a different pharmacy. read more

THIS PLACE IS THE PINNACLE OF DISRESPECT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS. The "pharmacist" is the upmost rudest, disrespectful POS I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Scheduled my appointment online for 12 noon. The appointment confirmation states: Be there 15 minutes prior. I was in line at 12:15 the only person there. The attendant is busy with the drive thru and it took 3 drive thru prescriptions before she acknowledges me. She tells me to come over to the register she's at, I comply, she steps away and upon her returned, the other attendant, ask me to return back to the initial line I was at. She then rudely asks me for my paperwork. Even though she observed me getting on the COVID line with my documentation when I got there. She proceeds to ask me for my paperwork, again abruptly, and I point to the first register where the initial attendant grabbed it. She looks at my paperwork and ask me for my card, I ask insurance card? No! Vaccination card, I said I have a photo, she's like; "Thats no gonna work" she ruffles through some papers and states again; "You have the card" again, I say Insurance card? She states: NO, the photo. I then state to her: "Are you having a bad day" her response; NO. I then state it seems you have a little attitude, cause I'm pretty good at recognizing it. At this point "Anthony, jumps in and states: " If you continue to harass her, you can leave" I stated: " mind your business at which point he proceed to curse at me and tell me to leave the store. Word of mouth travels fast about your lousy, disrespectful establishment. GO ELSEWHERE Folks!! read more

When I drop a prescription off (the same prescription that I've gotten for years from the same pharmacy) I don't expect it to take 6 hours or the next day. Horrible pharmacy, I went to this location for years and was astonished and how such ignorance and incompetence could continually occur. Getting my meds from here was an absolute nightmare. I switched to Publix and have not had any issues since. I would be told by different people completely different information, drive there be told something else, and come back again one day up to 4 times. They screwed up everything that could possibly be screwed up, I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down. I will never go to this 3rd world place again, this is the epicenter of the downfall of the American Healthcare system. I went without my medicine many times. Please know that Pharmacist Anthony was cold, rude, and should not be in the business of medicine or helping people clearly, he is a condescending unprofessional man that should be in a position where his extremely uncaring behavior cannot affect others. Stay away worst store ever! I was lied to over the phone about a delivery. I know times are crazy right now because of this virus outbreak, but the employees shouldn't lie to costumers just to get them off the phone. It started when an employee told me to come back on Wednesday at 6:30 pm when the truck is unloaded and the product would be on the shelf. This pharmacy is unprofessional and rude. I went in to pick up my renewal that I phoned in 3 days ago and was told by the automated service that it would be ready in one day. When I got there 3 days later, I sat on the car line for 20 minutes because they let a customer turn her car off so she could wait for her perscription. Tired of waiting I went inside and stood on line again only to get to the counter and be told that they had no record of my renewal. Of course I had to come back. When I came back to pick up my perscription, which is a 90 day pill supply that I take 3 times a day so I usually get a perscription container that is big. Today I go in and the worker throws the bag at me with four containers (2 of which were the manufacturers bottles and the pills were from different manufacturers so the pills were different looking. He gave me no explanation as to why I had two different lookings pills). A pharmacy should have better quality control than this. It's sloppy. read more

I wish I could give them a negative 0 for reviews. Unfortunately, I live three blocks away from this drug store so I am often relegated to use them in hopes that I can save time. There has been a rare moment that I would not have to stand in line at the checkout counter while some dolt move as slow as you can to go through the Byzantine process of redeeming coupons for regular sales or for some other old bitty fumbles around with their check out process. However my primary complaint is the pharmacy. Not only have I had to explain to a pharmacy tech the difference between 30 days and a calendar month but then I have to endure the process of going through the drive-thru where Walgreens simply will not hire enough people at they're Pharmacy to handle their exorbitant prices and customer efficiency through the checkout process. I just sat in the Drive-Thru Lane for 22 minutes while one pharmacy tech handled the drive-thru as well as the counter sale. And then I was handed a $60 bill for antibiotics that Publix gives away for free. My voice to everyone who reads this is to stay away and never ever go back to this store and drive the 5 or 10 minutes to go to CVS. read more

I'm visiting Sebastian for an extended stay and ran out of a few of my prescriptions. I googled and called the closest Walgreens. Yelp brought up this location and I was hesitant to try this location after reading the reviews, but I'm pleased I did. I was on hold less than a minute before speaking with April in the pharmacy. After gathering some information needed to contact myhome pharmacy in Rhode Island she told me My prescriptions would be ready by 2pm this same day. I received a text message at 12:30 saying they were ready for pick up! When I picked them up it was obvious to see this is a very busy location. The young woman (Natalie?) at the counter could not have been nicer and more helpfulespecially given the fact that I did not have my prescription coverage information. I did see a technician named Patrick working at the window, and from what I could see he is not the same Patrick described in one of the reviews here. He was pleasant to all the customers and always asked if they had any questions about their medications. Perhaps business in addition to consumers refer to Yelp Reviews, or maybe Patrick like all of us do on occasion was having a bad day. This pharmacy is a joke. Brought in RX on Jan 27 to be filled. Jan 28 went to pick up and was told it was a partial. 5 pills. Told the rest will be filled by Jan 29. No call received or text in which I am set up for. Call and told they still do not have it. OK so now what. Should be in on Feb 1. Call, and now told never ordered. REALLY??? Now told it will be ordered and will have on Feb 3. No call once again. Called. Told now they will not have until..... ready for this, Feb 21. I need this medication. Next they are now saying they should have never done a partial due to it is a opiate. And now they said due to that error my RX is now voided and I will have to go and get a new RX from the doctor. So now I suffer for their stupidity. Pharmacist should be fired. Entire staff should be fired due to they do not know how to run a pharmacy. No one cares there. And their staff is rude and act like they are doing your a favor. Try doing your job people. Never will return there for ANYTHING. read more
