When I requested my complete records, I received only a small portion and was told that some were still unfinished, including records from my July facelift. Most of all, he could improve how he responds when a patient reports a complication. I told him I had an infection and needed to see my primary care doctor. His brief replies left me feeling alone at a frightening time. I am still dealing with pain, scarring, and concerns about my results. I felt confident and cared for before surgery. I wish I had felt that same care, clear communication, and attention afterward.
