Hi Paul, I'm following up because I never received a response to my previous text regarding my…read moreconcerns with the service and overall experience at White Pearl. Since then, I've had another cryo facial, again with a new esthetician. The facial was OK, but certainly not the level of service I've experienced in the past or expect from a $1,200+ package. During the appointment, I was actually told I needed to exfoliate more because of excessive oil, clogged pores and blackheads around my nose. I found that pretty surprising considering I've been coming to your spa every two weeks for more than a year specifically for professional facial treatments. I also receive the cryo facial with red light therapy, which has normally included an additional 15-20 minutes under the red light lamp. This time, the timer was set and approximately five minutes later she returned and told me I needed to leave because another client was coming and they needed the room. I was honestly shocked. Then today I received a call regarding my standing Tuesday 2:00 PM appointment and was told you are short-staffed and overbooked, so my appointment was being moved to Friday at 4:00 PM -- essentially telling me, rather than asking me, that this was when I would be seen. At this point, I have to ask: what is going on? The constant staff changes, inconsistent treatments, skipped or shortened services, scheduling confusion and lack of follow-up have completely changed the experience I originally signed up and paid for. I have tried to be patient and previously reached out because I genuinely wanted the opportunity for these concerns to be addressed. Unfortunately, things have continued to decline. At this point, I will not be returning. I am requesting cancellation of my remaining package and a refund for my 3 unused facials, which at approximately $200 each represents roughly $600 in unused services. Please confirm that my remaining appointments have been cancelled and let me know when I can expect the refund for the unused portion of my package. I'm disappointed that it has reached this point because I was a loyal client for well over a year, but I simply cannot continue accepting this level of service and inconsistency.

And along with new doctor's, we needed a new pharmacist to fill medical prescriptions. Referred by a friend to Perkins Pharmacy on State Road 60, Edwin quickly became that pharmacist. Perkins is a small, family owned pharmacy located just east of 43rd Avenue on the south side of 20th Street. Polite and friendly staff - they are always helpful. On the rare occasion that an insurance co-pay is more expensive than making a simple out-of-pocket cash payment, staff are quick to advise. And before leaving the store, Perkins ensures that you have no questions about your prescription. Plenty of parking, a clean store, and many of the items you would find in a big-box chain, Perkins Pharmacy provides a more personable experience. They even called me on my birthday to wish me a "Happy Birthday." Thanks for the reminder. It looks like we found our Good Neighbor Pharmacy in Perkins Pharmacy. William E. My family has been using Malabar Discount Pharmacy for years but our loyalty ends today!…read more My granddaughter's allergy medicine (we thought was a prescription) cost is now $14.99 as is not covered by Medicaid. We pay it because, well, we thought it was a prescription but we found out today it is literally OTC. When my granddaughter opened the bag she said, "This looks like a box off of the shelf"! When she took it out of the bag I realized she was correct and there was a price tag of $9.19 on the box. I couldn't believe that I was just charged $14.99 for something they took from the shelf and bagged. I immediately went back inside and questioned why I was being charged nearly $6 more for an OTC product. I was told that her script has always been for an OTC product but, since it's always been filled as a prescription, that's how they run it. I asked why she received an actual prescription bottle every other month and I was told that usually they open the OTC box and put the tablets in a prescription bottle.... When asked why I was charged $6 more they said the extra is used for their time to prepare the script, the labels, and the packaging. They did refund the difference to me because I discovered the price difference.... Six dollars may not seem like much to some but, for most, it can purchase other needed things. I am curious as to how many other customers are being overcharged like this. It must be some form of fraud or theft or something! Please be aware.
