Anyway, Charley, is my favorite pharmacist because he is a gentleman and he is straight with you about your medication if they have it or not, or if they have to order it and how long it might take! I like that because it gives me options about maybe trying another pharmacy if I have to wait a long time! A lot of pharmacists are not so straight with customers and it can screw up their medication plans for the month, especially if you need a ride to the pharmacy! Try Safeway pharmacy if you are having a rough time in lower Marin. They also have a Quest, blood draw lab right in the grocery by the pharmacy! It's great!

Today, I called about prescriptions I'd called in and Natalie answered, she was so kind after listening to my complaining about how my prescriptions and information were transferred to a company without my consent. And Natalie the pharmacist who may be the pharmacy manager provides bad customer service and is not a competent pharmacist. Some of the Rite Aid Stores are going out of business. And if this store remains, they should bring in good employees from their other Rite Aids and get rid of Natalie and bad employees at Northgate Pharmacy. Some, but not all of the pharmacy techs and clerks are incompetent and provide bad customer service.

This was amazing experience as they only have a half hour lunch; constantly working, filling orders, extremely busy- yet still friendly, helpful. Beware I was harrassed by a tall husky Male employee named Darren on 2 occasions at northgate one walgreens. On 3/27/2020 I was delivering items to a family who was suffering. They asked me to pick up some family pictures to try to bring joy to their dying father who was brought home w hospice care. The Walgreens employee DARREN husky was laughing and chatting at the front desk w a blonde woman employee ignoring me at the photo counter for 10 minutes and they were not attending any customers. I waited patiently never saying a word. Darren looked at me and said very loudly in front of other customers shopping , "I cant believe I need to help her at photo during covid like .what she needs is essential,what kind of person needs photos right now,really is this essential?" Darren kept ranting and scolding me about this when no one else was in line and the store wasn't busy. I let that one go because I thought perhaps he had personal issues and was having a bad day. Then today at 3pm, 5/19/2020 I was asked to buy milk for my 80yr old dad so I decided to give this walgreens another try and do a one stop shopping since I also needed toothpaste and shampoo. I never buy refrigerated items at these stores and I see why because it all expires in 3 days. I was bent over w my rubber gloves and mask grabbing the milk carton in front of the first one because the first one expired today. DARREN starts yelling at me down the isle" Mam what you looking for i said what you looking for " and then he started pounding on the refrigerator door above my head like a lunatic. I said "stop, your scaring my daughter I just wanted milk" Darren kept yelling at me and said " you contaminating the milk" I said," I only touched this one and you need to stop yelling at me I'm the customer " when I asked for his name , Darren thrusted his pelvis forward sexually and showed me his badge hanging from his front waste band and said "Honey you be back". I put the milk back told my daughter we were leaving and called his store and district manager and left a complaint. I'm appalled that management allows their employees to be hostile,sexist and insensitive in a professional work place. The management at this location is extremely irresponsible. One of the many issues is how they handle an employee named Sam who displays obvious psychological agitation just from being in public, which of course I don't blame him for and hope he is getting the necessary treatment. But for management to just stick him in a customer-facing role by himself, without any apparent monitoring or support, is asking for lawsuits. Just read the other reviews warning about this place, and give your business to other stores that do practice compassion, professionalism and responsibility. read more

I dropped off the vehicle around 1215p and was given a 2 hour finish time. They finally called at 3:11pm to say it was done. (I had tried calling two hours in and no answer. )So I basically wandered Costco warehouse for 3 hours waiting for my single tire warranty repair as an Executive member. Picking up the car was also disjointed, they didn't know which technician did the work or have my invoice ready. Very disorganised! Needless to say, I felt very disappointed today, wasting a great deal of time on a seemingly simple repair. I definitely did not feel like a valued member. I am hopeful the manager will see this post and make efforts to improve. Also and lastly, Marin County NEEDS two Costco locations, period!

The contrast made it clear the compounded medication hadn't been mixed or dosed correctly--an outcome that was both inconceivable and unfathomable after watching him suffer for so long while counting on us to get it right!
