Had a lovely experience here this evening. The associate - I THINK her name was Lily or Lilian - was super friendly and nice to talk to. She was stocking candy but came up real quick when I was ready to check out. The blonde lady in the pharmacy with glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was walking away from me while I was mid asking her a question and then proceeded to be no help at all. She wouldnt explain a thing to me and had a terrible attitude. She is a grown woman probably in her 40's so she needs to grow up and act like an adult because the way she acted is going to get her nowhere. Most well know drug store chain around....of course their seems to be one on every corner. Great selection of cards, candy and "as seen on TV" items. Always helpful and open almost all the time. Place is always busy. Great place to find a last minute item. read more

I love this Walgreens! I'm here almost every other day if not once a week. Most of the employees I've talked to are super helpful and very nice. If there is something that is out of stock they will always check in the back just to make sure they don't have it. They are on point with filling my prescriptions quickly too! The Walgreens employees especially in the photo department where Fedex packages are being dropped off need to be trained on what FedEx labels are. I had a FedEx Smartpost package which means it goes to FedEx first then to USPS so there are 2 labels. The clerk scanned the wrong one and already she said it's not a FedEx package, did not even try to scan the other label. I had to say a few times that I've dropped off FedEx Smartpost packages there before. I did not receive an apology which is fine, I just want to provide a comment that would hopefully help Walgreens train their associates so they don't give false information on their customers. read more

Sure, there's a Walgreens on every corner, and I love 'em. However, the staff at this particular Wags is very, very friendly. Every time I go in there, the cashiers are so cheerful and strike up a conversation. It's also nice that they open at 7AM, so I can pick up anything I need on the way to work. I went to pick up batteries, and the cashier steered me toward a better value than the one I was holding in my hand. Now, that's service! read more

I go to this Walgreens several times a week! The staff is always friendly, and extremely helpful. Today, however, was a little different. I went in to grab a bottle of wine on my way home from the airport.. (travel...duh). And I was looking at the cosmetics. Buy 1 get 1 50% off...YES PLEASE! I was approached by Jessica. She asked if I was looking for anything specific, I told her not really, that I was out of foundation and I asked if they carried, "NYX". She stated, "No, but I'd be happy to order it...". I told her that it was okay. She didn't stop that. She asked if I had ever tried another line... I told her, "no". A quick 5 minute run into Walgreens for Pinot Grigio, turned into a 15 minute consultation with a more than knowledgable make up connoisseur who seems overly qualified to be working at the local drug store. Jessica knows her stuff! After spending $80 on cosmetics (and wine... can't forget the essentials). I left. Jessica deserves this review because I have a feeling she doesn't get the credit she deserves. She wasn't pushy. She was knowledgable. She was friendly. She was patient. She took her time. I am writing this review in regards to the take care clinic. I have now gone to this clinic twice in the past few months and each time it has been far less than satisfactory. I went in the first time with strep and they gave me a strep test but could not read it. They did give me the medicine I needed because I "probably" had strep but she "wasn't sure." I went in again today with another infection. I have had this infection a couple times before and was hoping to avoid an urgent care trip. The nurse practitioner saw me for a total of 2 minutes and told me the exact opposite of what I had been told by two different doctors on two separate occasions and refused to help me. My experiences here have left me to believe it is a waste of time to go to this take care clinic because the staff there is incompetent. read more

This review is not in anyway directed towards the Walgreens itself, but rather the Take Care Health Clinic within it. We arrived at 11:35 AM on a Monday, we signed in and sat down. After waiting for about 45 minutes someone finally came from the back and called for someone to come back. We politely asked how long the wait would be to the lady who had come out. She said the earliest we would be seen was 2:20! Because they all go on an hour lunch break at the same time. Now, I'm not against mandated breaks or rests, but having everyone go at the same time for an hour is a bit ludicrous. At this point my Fiance had to go back to work so we figured we'd come back when she got off at 5, and the clinic closes at 7:30. We come up around 5:40PM, signed in and sat down. There was one person in front of us, and the same two ladies as earlier. We sit for 40 minutes again with no one coming out. Finally a woman comes out and she makes all of us sign in again because apparently the computer was having issues. We then sit for 30 more minutes and get to talk to someone and get our shot. There was one person in line in front of us and we waited way too long for that nonsense. Will be going elsewhere next time. read more
