I was once in the drive-thru for 15-20 minutes, probably the longest I've been in a drive-thru. Some of the employees are really nice, others act like they're having a bad day. Then the prescription system shut down all of a sudden one time and I couldn't get my meds for a week and the pharmacy closed temporarily another time. There's also many times I go to get my prescription but 9 out of 10 times, they tell me it'll be ready in a couple hours, and I get annoyed because I wasted my time. When I go to their website to check on my prescription status, more often than not, the site says their system is temporarily down. I had already taken a Lyft to get here. I decided to go back inside to the pharmacist and asked where the nearest pharmacy was. The same pharmacist told me there was one at the university of Maryland, but it wasn't open to the public. !?! THANKS. During that time another very nice pharmacist had come in, took pity on me, and offered to try processing my DL again so I could get the Sudafed. This time it worked and I was incredibly grateful for her kindness. Finally, to top it all off, I bought a sealed bag of cough drops here and when I got back to my hotel, I opened it to find that some of the sealed cough drops actually had no cough drops in the packets.
