Rudeness. Sat on hold for 12 minutes at 8pm on a Tuesday night to ask questions in regard to RX sent from another pharmacy earlier today to be told they never received it and then when asking questions in regard to refill and back orders, she basically didn't care to continue discussing and had to "let me go because there were other calls ringing through." I find it odd at 8:00 at night their phones are that slammed. If they are, maybe have more than one person in the pharmacy working. read more

They do everything possible to avoid dealing with customers. I needed to speak with the pharmacist about a major issue I had with my prescription. I called on a Friday at 4:30 PM and was on hold for over 45 minutes before I was hung up on. I finally got through to a pharmacy staff member at 5:45 PM who told me they were about to close and she couldn't help me so I needed to call at 9 AM the following morning. I tried calling from 9:30 to 11:30 the next morning only to receive a pre-recorded message saying the pharmacy is closed. When I go to their website to check on my prescription status, more often than not, the site says their system is temporarily down. This Walgreens- along with certain others - had completely inefficient and uncaring staff. Do yourself a big favor and GO TO ANY PHARMACY BESIDES THIS ONE. read more

This is the worst pharmacy ever do not come here to fill your prescriptions ever. They will not let you know if they have your medicine in stock. Also the pharmacist will not get your prescription even if it's close to closing they don't give a shit if you really need your medicine so you go home and suffer. read more

I'm mad because they don't sell tiaras and I really wanted a tiara so I'm kind of upset but it's okay because I found one at dollar general.

This store has been bought out by Walgreen's Drug Stores and is now run under that name. This store has a convenient location and has a good selection of items. However it has a very bad problem at check out. The first problem is that several of the checkout clerks are very slow and seem to only work at this one speed, regardless of how many people are in line. However, the biggest problem is the pricing. It is very common for the shelf price not to match up with the checkout price, especially on items that are for sale and/or clearance. You need to watch very carefully as each item is rang up. However, once you discover that something is not priced correctly this then sets off a chain reaction of events which begins with the over the intercom price check. After the entire line comes to a grinding stop and the cashier calls several more times for a price check some clerk, who would rather be anywhere else, will appear, and is equally as slow as the cashier begin his/her search for your item on the shelf. This will usually result in them coming back several times to say that they cannot find the item. At this point, if you still care, you must take the clerk to the shelf and show them the price that it should be. By now the line is wrapping around the store and everyone looks like they want to do you bodily harm. The voiding of the sale and eye rolling will now begin... I would advise that you only shop here if you don't care what price you are going to be charged and are under no circumstances in a hurry! read more

Done with the pharmacy! Their phone system takes about 10 minutes to get past all their ads. When I finally entered my Rx #, they said, "Sorry, call back later." Called back to talk to a person and they said, "Oh, that's out of stock. It will be in tomorrow." Went back the next day and waited 10 minutes with no one ahead of me, only to be told "Later today." Went back later, waited 10 minutes at drive thru with no one getting done and left. Went back the next day to be told, "It will be next week." I said, "But you told me yesterday!" Woman at the window snarked back, "*I* never told you ANYTHING!" Turns out, they had messed the Rx up so that my insurance wouldn't cover it yet. (But if I had followed what Walgreens had said, I would be getting half the dose.) Had the Rx transferred, but Walgreens screwed that up, as well. Took most of a day to straighten it out. I will never use the photo department at Walgreens in Centreville Ever again! They are nasty people working in that department, superficially, heather & Stacy. I ordered Christmas cards, picked up & noticed they were 6 cards short. I called & talked to heather originally on phone who told me there's nothing that can be done except me going back online to order the cards again. Told me a manager will get on phone. Stacy then finally got on phone & was so rude and arrogant. She told me she's trying to find a solution & the solution was I needed to reorder my cards & won't have to pay for the 6 I was missing. Well you can't order just 6, only 20. She was laughing with the other person near her. She claimed she's a manager but she's a horrible manager if so! Rest assure, I won't use the photo department if I even step back in the store again! read more
