I really don't know why I continue to go back to print pictures here. Every time I go something goes wrong. Just last week I tried to pick them up and they were out of 4x6 paper! Then I returned today for 2 5x7 pictures and they both have white lines going through them. They offered to print them in a smaller size after I just waited 15 minutes in line. Didn't offer to give them for free when they were damaged Or maybe call to say the machine has been printing them wrong. read more

Nice store, but horrible customer service from pharmacy department. I'm from another state and had to go to the hospital and was prescribed a script and this bald African American man (had the attitude of a bitch) didn't know what he was doing. I had to call the state where I live to make corrections and finally get my script. Will never come here again, he needs to learn customer service and stop catching attitude like a bitch. read more

The are out of products the day the ads come out. They don't have enough staff to help customers or answer questions about when the product will be in stock. They don't have raincheck books on hand, and they don't answer their telepone when you call to see if the have the product on hand. Terrible customer service. read more

After spending almost 2 hours at a walk in clinic Sunday night with my sick 2 year old, I went to this Walgreens since it was STILL OPEN and the closest to my house. I arrived at 9:30p - pharmacy closes at 10. After waiting 10 minutes to be acknowledged, I was told my sick 2 year old would have to wait until the following day to fill his Rx .... because it was too close to closing time. As a side note - I was going to self pay; no insurance to run. How could this lady not make it happen? Instead, she thought it was okay to make my son wait 12 more hours to get antibiotics in his system. It would make more sense if i walked in at 9:58 (which I wouldn't do) but 30 minutes?! Appalling this lady would not help. Rotten customer service. Thank you, CVS! They took care of it (with fantastic customer service) and helped me get a deeper discount on the Rx. read more

Went here to get 2 of my children's prescription filled after waiting nearly 2 hrs I was told that there ID numbers were invalid, I called there insurance company promptly to only be told that they were covered, the pharmacist refused to get on the phone for my insurance company to speak with and verify information. Not sure WHY the lady pharmacist was rude, disrespectful and very inconsiderate. I WILL NEVER return here to get any prescription filled. However, the front end have superb customer service, wonderful lady, she went above and beyond expectations. read more

This is pretty much your typical Walgreens. Been here a few times to pick up and few things. I have also been to the pharmacy this year for a flu shot. The line at the pharmacy took forever. It was really the customer that was the issue but i feel like another employee back in the pharmacy area could have assisted others while the other associate was being held up. Once i was helped, i was taken into a private room next to the pharmacy to receive my flu shot which was very quick and simple. You always seem to pay a few dollars more for most things at covenience stores like this but with their rewards card and some sales you can catch some good deals on some items. I will pay the little more sometimes for the convenience. The location is on the main road and it's pretty easy to get in and out and parking is plentiful. Associates have always been pleasant. read more

The pharmacy here is sooooo slooowwww. No matter what time of day, it will take you 25 minutes to pick up a prescription. I didn't know it was humanely possible to move this slowly. read more

I normally shop at Walgreens for miscellaneous and health/beauty items. I went today was followed in the store by the Pharmacist, Nancy, who spent time staring me down and standing next to me in the Holiday aisle. When I asked her if I could help her, she said no and continued to stare at me and was clearly unfriendly. She positioned herself to be about 1 arms length away from me and did not have any business in the aisle except for following me around. I went to another aisle and she followed me before she disappeared in the back room. I asked another employee what was going on with Nancy and the response was maybe Nancy thought I was the district manager....really? This is ridiculous. After shopping at Walgreens for over 10 years, this is unacceptable. I came in to fill a prescription and find a planner. Saw the Christmas stuff and did not even get to really take a look and make a purchase because I was stalked by Nancy. Tell me what business does a Pharmacist have following customers in the store? Exactly....None. I was so annoyed I did not even fill my prescription. And if I was in fact the district manager and an employee came at me like that I would go for their job. read more
