The pharmacy staff are mostly nice, except for the pharmacist with the glasses who is consistently rude and condescending. If something is not in stock, they never tell you even when it could be medically important. They give varying prices depending on who you talk to and the prescriptions are never ready in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, no one answers the phone and occasionally they pick up and hang up. My new pharmacy has been consistent, communicative and nice and I am SO glad I switched and would never ever in a zillion years go back. I realize they are probably overworked and understaffed but maybe they need to refer clients to other stores in the area.
