Understaffed like any chain drug store nowadays, the place is okay if you're not depending on prescription medication. Three people in line means a long wait. Generally clean and well organized for a Walgreens, be careful of bad drivers in this parking lot. read more

Once a good pharmacy, it has become beyond awful. Once received refill notifications, yet that has stopped. I called regarding a RX that hasn't been refilled since last December (call was made on 5/2/25). Was told it wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered. Heard nothing, so called on 5/7/25 to be told by the pharmacist that they can't get it - to call other Walgreens! When asking why I wasn't notified, he said He was busy and didn't have time to talk! I'm a Type 1, insulin dependent diabetic (52 years), so my RX's are a matter of life and death. Either this Walgreens gets its act together, or they're headed for major lawsuits. read more

This Walgreens is right off of Highway 50. Stopped here for a few necessities before I headed home after grocery shopping. The store is neat and organized, and the shelves are very well stocked. Caught a bit of an attitude from a couple of workers. They seemed stressed. I'm a regular Walgreens shopper (but not at this particular location). Didn't see a manager on duty, but there must've been one in the store. Needs to be more visible. The parking area left a lot to be desired....very cramped, and not very convenient. read more

I take anti convulsants for my epilepsy. If you will be out of your medication by Sunday morning, you are SOL because they treat me like some kind of crazed drug seeking addict because they are closed on Sundays. I swear. This happens like every other mo th. I end up having seizures for a whole day, then I'm unable to safely even go walking to GET my medication, so end up in the ER. I am so sick of these people being rude and treating me badly because I take GABAPENTIN...it's not like I take some kind of opiate or...I don't even know what! But no matter how nice I amtothem and no matter how many times I explain that I will not be TAKING my pills a day early...omg I just cannot deal with these people anymore. When I see my neurologist next, I am having her switch my pharmacy back to good value. Good value pharmacy is very nice and understanding. They have a small town feel and they truly care. And by the way, WALGREENS, if I wanted DRUGS...I wouldn't be getting them from YOU. I just want to prevent myself from having seizures all day and ending up in the ER. is that so much to ask?? The pharmacy has really gone downhill recently with computers being down and waiting hours for prescriptions. Now it's days apparently. Yesterday I ran out of an important medication that I was supposed to get in the mail. A doctor phoned in an emergency supply prescription last night. This morning, Saturday, I called to check on the status and the automated service told me it won't be ready until Monday. Unbelievable. I will never use this Walgreen's pharmacy again. read more

Walgreens phone system uses automation to direct the calls within stores. Being deaf and relying upon an app to translate voice to text I find it impossible to navigate even after numerous attempts I keep being passed to a call center somewhere. The representatives that take my call in the call center has no information about the store I originally called to be able to transfer me back to the correct department. Totally useless and so I will not be using Walgreens for my healthcare needs. read more

Try to avoid if in need of prescription filling services. Usually computers are down, or did not see prescription in system, or just backed up. Typical wait is 15-25 minutes. read more

This store is the singular reason I will never ever step into a Walgreens ever again. They lost my 30 years old photo negatives that I gave for developing (I specifically mentioned these are irreplaceable and requested them to be careful with them). These were pictures of my grandparents 70th birthday. They have passed away and this was the only memory I had of them. Every time I contacted the store about the status, a new "store manager" answered and gave the same answer that they "were on vacation and just got back yesterday, and did not know anything about this issue". Several trips and phone calls later, the issue was escalated to district manager Bob Hilbert. He had a "I could care less" demeanor since the beginning (first thing he asked me was whether I had backup copies). After few days, I was told he did "everything" in his power and couldn't find the negatives. To add insult to injury he offered $100 for my loss. More than anything I'm still in shock over losing these precious pictures. As I'm typing this review, I'm considering pursuing legal measures against Walgreens so that no one else will have to go thru this again. If you have anything that's precious to you that requires to be processed, please stay away from Walgreens (I read somewhere they outsource photo jobs... while firms like Costco do it in-house and do it much better). What's sadly funny is that they managed to find "lost pictures" of other customers who probably went thru similar ordeal like me. If Walgreens comes to senses and recovers the negatives, I will update this review. read more

I pulled up to the drive through and it was open. I had a appointment already booked for 1pm. Its a Covid-19 test by the way, And I drove all the way from the north side of Kenosha. I roll down my window and I tell the woman my name and the woman got my name and seen I had a appointment to take the Covid-19 test, and this woman said that I'd have to come all the way back there in 30 minutes because she wanted to go to lunch. Now there was no huge lines of people there, there was nobody at all except me, and she just couldn't of taken care of me quickly and then went to lunch! Their staff definitely doesn't treat very good care of their customers in this pharmacy. Not to mention that I am a senior citizen and it's winter season and it's 15 degrees outside! How rude and how selfish and inappropriate attitude. It was hard enough to make an appointment and here I have to wait another 30 minutes in the cold. read more

I love this Walgreens location!!! My prescriptions are always made up here. Never ever have a problem with any anything. But, there was one exception today...the Nice brand ice cream bars, all of them, were melted and reformed. I don't get it!!! Maybe somebody left them out and dumped them back in the cooler??? called to have my prescription transferred when they opened. said itd be ready by 10:30/11. went to pick it up after work at 2:30. and they said itd be a minute its not ready. waited in my car and then went inside. its now 3:04 and its still not ready. plenty of people behind the counter. saw one just chillin in her phone. can i get my meds please?? read more

Good store. Much better than CVS in Zion on Green Bay road. The pharmacists at CVS Are condescending, rude could care less. At Walgreens the are much more friendly and professional. read more

The greatest Walgreens I have ever been to. Other Walgreens are like your typical stores, either bad, or has good customer service. But this Walgreens goes up and beyond in everything they do. From customer service, to inventory, cleanliness, and you name it. I had the wonderful privilege to be a part of their team and I will tell you, it was the greatest job I ever had. The employees became family and went beyond in helping customers, and helping each other out. I never had a boring day and always looked forward into going to work and never wanting to leave. If anyone from the store sees this, I want to thank every single one of you for everything you have done, and continue to do in that store; and I hope to have the privilege of coming back one day.
