I came inside to load money on my chime card. Then looking at eyebrow stencils, it was hard to see so I had to open the package to see what I was buying exactly. I did not want to come back with something that wasn't what I wanted. Apparently management doesn't like you to check out what you are getting ready to purchase. I was confronted by a manager with an attitude towards me as if I was his biggest pain in the butt for the day, his name is Brian. He was not nice to me at all. Brian treated me as if I was like thief or something because I opened the package to see the contents to make sure those were exactly what I wanted and sadly enough because he treated me in that manner I didn't not purchase what I intended to because of how he made me feel. This is bad customer service and terrible customer care or support. The ONLY GOOD THING IS: Is that the pharmacy is open 24/7. Had a prescription placed by my medical doctor on Thursday. 24 hours later I called for an update because it was scheduled for the next. I inadvertently ran out. I was told to call back in 45 mins because it was "still going through the system". I called later that night and was told it would be ready early the next day. The next day the app said "sorry, we are running behind". I gave them 4 more hours and called. I was told it would be done in 90 minutes. I waited patiently and 3 hours later it still said they were "running behind". I logged in the next morning and it still said the same thing. If getting the runaround wasn't bad enough my script is still not filled. I cancelled it and requested a new pharmacy. read more

My Mother fell and we left the ER and went straight to Walgreens to fill her script and upon arrival was given attitude right off. My Mother was in extreme pain and needed her medication, once given the script they failed to also give her the lidocaine patches that were also prescribed! Absolutely horrible experience with this pharmacy, they should definitely look into the ineffective service they provide. My Mother is 75 and they should be ashamed of themselves!!! read more

I have had to go to the 24 hour Pharmacy twice in two weeks. Both times the wait is over 30 minutes, and people look at you and walk by, I understand everywhere is short handed, but at least acknowledge the people waiting for service. read more

I was warned not to visit this pharmacy because of the incompetent staff. Boy, were they right in their warning. I called to see if a particular medication was in stock since CVS was out of it. Was told by an pharmacy tech named Alex that he would check and call me back. A week later I call back since Alex never called me back. This time I speak to a different pharmacy tech the and she said they have it and to go in because she would have it filled soon. I go in and gave insurance card, was told it wasn't ready. Waited ten minutes and then was told they didn't have that dosage in stock but would get it in tomorrow, of course. So the next day I didn't hear back so I called, tech said she would check on it and then I got bounced around on the line while waiting, until it disconnected . I called back and was on hold indefinitely. I give up. Seriously, who is training let alone running this Walgreens?! Even CVS never had THAT much incompetent people under one roof. read more

Perscription called in, I was told it will be few minutes while they get it ready. I watched people come and go picking up perscriptions. One hour 10 minutes later I asked for Perscription, she had to look for it. No apology for the wait. Will not be using this pharmacy again read more

Worst pharmacy ever! No matter what prescription is sent in I have to go 3x in order to get it. 1-I'll go in an hour or two after my provider calls it it to make sure they received it, ( somehow no matter how long I wait to check they always say " the order for your prescription jussssst came over" 2- when I get a notification the prescription is ready, 3rd- time is after I go and it's not actually ready and they ask me to wait 20 min while they make it! read more

Drive Thru pharmacy is awful with wait time. Expect to sit in line for at the bare minimum 20 minutes and at most 45 minutes. They need 2 people on the drive thru to handle both lanes of traffic. read more

Very unimpressed with the pharmacy staff. They are rude and don't help you with any questions and continuously put you on hold for the next person to talk to you. They tell you they'll put your order in and everything will be ready at a certain times.... all lies. I called for a refill at 1:35 pm was told it would be ready by 3:20 pm. I call at 3 because I have the Walgreens app and it clearly shows they haven't started my prescription. I call back and they tell me they don't know why it hasn't been started and it will be ready in 30 minutes, then I'm put on hold again and they come back saying we don't even have it in stock. It will be ready the next day. That's HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I myself work at a big pharmacy and if we would have treated any of our customers like this we would have been written up for purposely not doing it following through with our job. Someone needs to train these technicians better and not just blame the issues on the call center people. Those people handle calls not fill prescriptions. I've been coming to this pharmacy since I was 6 years old and I'm going on 36 and have never experienced BS like this. Ever since Pharmacist Dino Gallo retired this pharmacy has been slowing going down hill. Not happy at all. read more

This is the only 24 Hour Walgreens in town, and it's a good one. The pharmacy can be slow at times, however the rest of the store is great. The staff here are overall friendly and they'll do their best to help you find what you are looking for. I recommend this location. read more
