A pretty good store for the most part, especially when they have sales. One thing I have learned is that when you check out & they bring up your account, they will not let you know if you have any free gifts or rewards to use. I checked my account when I got home & realized I had a free gift coming but it expired that day. Would have been nice if the girl that checked me out would have told me. I called their customer service who gave me 1,000 points towards another free gift since mine expired. It's like B&BW does not want you to use those points or free gifts that they "give" you. read more

Went to this location today. They are seriously understaffed. Normally you are attacked at the door by 5 or more employees. No one today. 2 at register .I got what I came in for and got in line and saddly had the most rude and arrogant girl wait on me. No hello, no did you find everything you wanted just a very sour look on her face. I asked her where Gus was as he is the nicest ever to help out . She shrugged her shoulders. Her body language spoke volumes and her attitude needs a serious attitude check. I called to report her to the manager and some lady answered and said his name is Mark and he stepped out. She took my name and nûmber no call back so far. Anne used to be the manager and she is fabulous and the store ran beautifully. They moved her to the Gurnee Mills store. I wish I had the name of the nastiness that checked me out but I have her ID number so hopefully cooperate will see this and put her in check. CASHIER 3595706. You know who you are. I'm hoping this review gets to executive management at Bath & Body Works. I ordered several candles online for the end of year sale price. Days later I received an email stating many candles were not available and I will receive a refund. I appreciate that; however, now I've missed out on the great EOY sale. It would be nice if they offered replacement products or automatic substitutions as an option instead of the refund. I'm sure BBW wants the sale and being a VIP member, my contact information is available in their system. Will continue buying BBW candles - you haven't lost a customer. This would be a great upgrade for 2024! read more

Bath and Body Works, just a block or so down the road from Gurnee Mills. Next to Pier 1 and HH Gregg. They are an average sized store. Clean. Help was friendly. They had the typical assortment of smelly stuff - lotions, hand-soaps, bath and body soaps, etc. There were two friendly ladies working while i was there, both helpful. Checkout was quick. Love B&B hand-soaps!! It's the only soap i'll use in my house! In addition, they've got some great sugar-scrubs that i use in the shower. Also love the "wall flowers" line - to keep the house smelling good. read more

This is a fun store for a nice smelling inexpensive treat or gift. There is always a sale at this store. If you get the app, there are more discounts. This is one store that is well stocked during the holidays. They have something for everyone. This is my favorite B&BW store because it's a free-standing location not overrun with hoards of customers like other mall locations. It's always clean, well-maintained, organized and obviously, full of fresh and fruity scents. The sales team during my visits here has always been friendly, courteous, and knowledgable regarding the products. Many moons ago, I helped open & managed the first B&BW store in Arizona, when it was a store within Express. I'm happy to say, this store makes me proud of the standards we were taught so that the customer has a very pleasant shopping experience. read more

I love their products but I hate coming into a Bath & Body Works store mainly because they are just so hard to navigate through. This location is no different. Their product displays are angled which I'm not a huge fan of. I would almost always have to back out because of another customer blocking the narrow end. I always feel like a mouse stuck in a maze! They do have great products often at discounted prices because of their deals and coupons. Their employees are really friendly and helpful, and parking at this location is never an issue. Their 3 oz and 8 oz body lotions and their 1 oz hand sanitizers are the perfect size and product to be our favorite stocking stuffers! read more

I went today about 12:30 PM (on a football Sunday) to pick up gift cards for my female friends. I only frequent this store during the Christmas season for gift cards, soap and candles. . Today, the store was packed, and I was one of two (2) males inside the store. There was approximately 25 female shoppers. There was three (3) employees and only one person, Jane, who was working the cashier. There was four cash register stations open, but only Jane was working the registers. The other two women were helping other customers find gifts. Normally, I find that I can get in and find what I need and get out in a few minutes. Today, I was somewhat surprised that only three (3) people were working during the Christmas season. Having to wait 11 minutes in line to purchase gift cards (only) today was something I did not care for. Next time, Bath & Body works, staff appropriately during the Christmas shopping season. read more

This location is so much more convenient than navigating through the mall. I am always greeted and assisted by helpful employees, but not pressured to buy more than I want. I shop there primarily for the hand soaps, especially when there's a sale. Mark was the only associate in the store when I was there (a Thursday morning) and he did an excellent job balancing between the register and assisting customers. What a horrible place. Horrible people. On 5/22/19 at 3:00 I went in to buy gifts for my daughters teachers. I walked in and was met by a very obnoxious, loud, ridiculous woman who instantly made me feel uncomfortable. She was extremely condescending when explaining coupons and promos and as I was looking around the store kept repeating ( VERY LOUDLY) " Are you ready!!??" " Are you ready!!??" I had to tell her again and again " No, I'm still looking" And THEN a man appeared out of nowhere speaking, almost yelling and HE starting rushing me by constantly asking " Are you ready?!!" Are you ready?!!" When I said to him " Thank you, not just yet." The woman said something to him under her voice and they both starting laughing at me. LOUDLY. I was just shocked. I was ACTUALLY being bullied. If Bath and Body Works is recruiting and hiring individuals of this caliber I truly will never shop their stores or website again. It has always been my go to for bath products for myself and family and friends but like I said I will never purchase anything from Bath and Body Works ever again and I will advise others to follow suit. read more
